Beyond your wedding reception, consider your bridal shower, rehearsal dinner, and even your post-wedding day brunch at our scenic restaurant featuring a stunning vineyard view!

The Tabor Hill private events menu is available for consideration and customization.

Rental Fees

The Grand Mark Room and Vineyard room fees are based on day of the week, and season. Both may be reserved exclusively or by complete venue buy-out.

Partnerships

EVENT STAFF PACKAGE - $1,200

• Initial welcome email then communication will resume 14 days prior. • Assistance with ceremony rehearsal.

• Collect (prior to day of), review and set up all personal decor. • On-site for vendor set up

• Assistance with ceremony service, i.e. lining up wedding party. • Depart once ceremony has concluded and cocktail hour has begun

• Breakdown staff arrives at 10:00pm (time can vary based on timeline and amount of decor). • Help pack up and load all personal decor back into vehicle.

* Please note this package does not include any coordination with vendors, we also will not set up or breakdown any decor provided by a vendor.

MONTH OF COORDINATION PACKAGE - $3,200

• Welcome email and phone consult to put a plan in action. • Available via email for general questions regarding your event.

• 3-4 phone consultations + final in-person consultation 2-4 weeks prior, i.e. venue walkthrough. • Access to hotel recommendations.

• White Dahlia’s preferred vendor list.

• Planning and design checklists to keep you on track. • Creation of detailed, customized wedding timeline.

• Coordination of all booked vendors one month prior to wedding day. • Coordination of rehearsal.

• Assist with Scheduling transportation for guests to and from venue. • Ceremony and reception site set up and tear down.

HOW MANY GUESTS DOES THE ESTATE TENT HOLD?

The Estate Tent seats up to 225 guests with two-side cabana tents for each wedding party. If you are looking for a larger reception, we are certainly happy to discuss build out and budget options.

IS THERE A SEPARATE CEREMONY SITE FROM THE ESTATE TENT?

Yes, and it is beautiful! The ceremony site is nestled between the vineyards and the estate tent.

DO YOU REQUIRE A WEDDING COORDINATOR?

Yes, we have partnered with a wedding coordinator to help you with all your day-of needs. If you would like to use a different wedding coordinator please contact us to discuss their responsibilities.

DO WE GET TO HAVE A CEREMONY REHEARSAL?

Yes, you will get a one-hour rehearsal time at the venue and we are happy to arrange a post-rehearsal wine tasting and dinner for you inside the Tabor Hill Restaurant or any of our other venues including the intimate Free Run Cel-lars or casual Round Barn Public House. Rehearsal times are the day before the event from 11:00am-12:00pm or 5:00pm-6:00pm eastern time based on availability.

IN CASE OF INCLEMENT WEATHER, WHAT IS THE BACK-UP PLAN?

We will work with you to design the perfect back-up plan.

IS THE MAIN TENT HEATED OR AIR-CONDITIONED?

We have several fans to circulate the air that work wonderfully. We also provide air conditioners or heaters for your comfort in each wedding party cabana. Renting heaters or air conditioners for the main tent is an option we are glad to give you a quote for.

HOW EARLY CAN MY VENDORS SET UP?

Vendors can drop off as early as 11:00am day of. All vendors must be cleaned up and off-site no later than midnight.

CAN WE BRING IN OUTSIDE ALCOHOL?

By the state law of Michigan, all products served must solely come from our Moersch Hospitality properties. Because this is against our liquor licensing, there are steep fines that come with any liquor brought in from outside including an additional $250 per bottle that is found.

WHAT DOES THE ALCOHOL PACKAGE SELECTION INCLUDE?

We make it very easy for you because we are a winery, brewery, and distillery and you can customize the alcohol package as you wish. All beverage packages include six hand-picked Tabor Hill wines and three Round Barn draft beers (Kölsch, Hop Dealer, and hand-picked seasonal). Various spirit bar packages are also available exclusively featuring Round Barn Spirits that include DiVine Vodka, Red Sky Rum, Blue Flame Agave, 269 Gin, Berrien Ridge Whiskey and Baroda Bourbon.
