Dale Gauthreaux

Dale is a GSU professor specializing in leadership development, communications, developing talent, and career coaching. Before joining academia, Dale had 20+ years of corporate executive experience including leadership development at Capital One Services.

Steve Olson

Steve is a GSU professor specializing in adaptive leadership, innovation and creativity, ethics and values, and organizational culture. He fuses theory and practice to design and deliver high-quality leadership development programs. Steve has won numerous teaching awards.

Rob Williams

Rob is a GSU professor specializing in leadership assessments, change management, conflict management, and group dynamics. He is a social psychologist specializing in organizational

behavior. Rob is one of the university’s most popular and highly-respected executive teachers.

Business Aviation Experts

Pete Agur

Pete is the Chairman and Founder of VanAllen. He works extensively with top executives, domestically and abroad, on business aviation issues. Pete is a popular consultant, speaker and author. He is also a former military, airline, and civil flight instructor.

Jeff Agur

Jeff is the CEO of VanAllen responsible for strategic fleet planning, aircraft selection, and aircraft acquisition. He is a respected expert in the strategic, economic, and operational aspects of business aviation. Jeff is currently Vice Chair of the GBAA Board and he is also a private pilot.

Don Henderson

Don is Managing Director of Consulting Services for VanAllen. He spent 25 years with KeyCorp as Captain, Training Captain, Chief Pilot, and Director of Aviation. Don is currently the Chairman of the NBAA Corporate Aviation Management Committee.

David B. O’Maley, Former CEO, Ohio National

David O’Maley was Chairman, President and CEO of Ohio National from

1994 until his retirement in 2010. Under his leadership, Ohio National

grew from $4.1 billion in assets to more than $27 billion. He integrated

the use of business aviation into the success of the company. David is

type-rated in the Citation X and Embraer 300. He owns and flies the

Embraer 300, a P-51D “Miss Cincinnati” and an AT-6 “Tweety Bird.”

Kat Cole, President, Cinnabon

Kat Cole is the president of Cinnabon Inc., which operates more than

770 franchised locations. Ms. Cole has more than a decade of

multi-disciplined experience in leadership, communications, and change

management. She serves on a number of boards and has received

numerous awards. She earned her MBA from the Georgia State

University, J. Mack Robinson College of Business.
