BOOTH SERVICES:

Each booth will be provided with show-colored carpet, a pipe and drape system to a height of 8’ in back and 3’ on each side and a customized exhibitor identification sign. AOA will also provide free listings in our Trade Show Buyer’s Guide which is handed out to each attendee of the show. Additional items, such as tables, chairs, electricity, etc. are the responsibility of the exhibitor. Rentals are available through the show decorating company.

EXHIBIT HOURS:

Trade Show hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 15th, 2014.

EXHIBITOR MOVE IN / MOVE OUT:

Exhibitor move-in is permitted between 12:00 noon and 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 14th, or 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 15th. All materials must be removed from the facility by 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 15th, 2014.

REGISTRATION:
