An experienced financial advisor to corporate executives, affluent families and non-profit organizations, John was a First Vice President of Merrill Lynch Private Client Group prior to joining Nuveen Investments. While at Merrill Lynch he was also a leader of Advanced Training for Financial Consultants, providing training in comprehensive wealth management strategies and business development practices. He received a B.S. in Business and Economics from Lehigh University. He is also a Certified Financial Planner™ certificant, and has earned Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA) and Certified Investment Strategist (CIS) designations. John is Chairman of the Board of the Investment Management Consultants Association (IMCA) and a faculty member for the IMCA Certified Private Wealth Advisor Program.

Jim brings more than 20 years of financial services industry experience to the Wealth Management Service Team. Prior to joining Nuveen Investments in 2011, he served as Managing Director at RBC Wealth Management, where he led the Wealth Solutions Group with additional responsibility for RBC Trust Company, Ltd. and the U.S. & International Wealth Planning Team. In

conjunction, Jim has lectured extensively in the areas of financial and estate planning. He received his Bachelor of Arts Degrees in Economics and Political Science from Augsburg College in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Shortly after, Jim graduated from Vanderbilt University School of Law in Nashville, Tennessee. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the American Cancer Society’s Midwest Division and for the Guthrie Theater in Minneapolis.

Ryan joined Nuveen Investments in 2011 and possesses more than 15 years of financial services industry experience. Most recently, he served as Vice President at First National Bank managing key corporate and institutional clients in the retirement plan and institutional investment space. Prior to that role, Ryan was a Vice President on a UBS advisory team providing investment consulting and planning services to affluent families, corporate and non-profit organizations. Ryan received his BA from Indiana University-Bloomington. He has also earned the Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA), Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist (CRPS) and Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF) designations.

Courtney Nosal

Courtney joined Nuveen Investments in 2012 after working as a Senior Economic Research Analyst at the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta. At the Fed, she provided support for the Executive Senior Vice President and Director of the Research Department, contributed to the Fed’s publications and was actively involved in public outreach activities. Courtney received her Honors Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Queen’s University in Kingston, Canada.

Anna joined the Nuveen Investments Wealth Management team in 2013. Anna is a member of the Illinois Bar Association and previously practiced business law, aiding clients with risk avoidance, finance and business succession issues. She has extensive research experience and a broad academic background. Anna earned her BA from the University of South Dakota. She earned her JD and MBA degrees from Indiana University – Bloomington.

Leah joined the Nuveen Wealth Management Services team in 2011. Leah serves as the Wealth Management Program Director, working in conjunction with the Wealth Management Consultants as well as the National Accounts and Distribution teams to organize value-add programs and initiatives for Nuveen’s key clients. Leah previously held a position as a financial representative with a top-performing Northwestern Mutual team, where she assisted clients in identifying their retirement needs. She also served as an office manager for a privately owned property management company supporting the Head of Management with everyday operations.

Eva Henninger

Prior to joining Nuveen Investments, Eva lived in Washington, DC, where she worked as a Media Relations Coordinator at the National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) and a Litigation Paralegal at Winston & Strawn LLP. Her previous duties included editing and drafting content for press releases and trade publications and coordinating event planning logistics for trade association events. She brings more than eight years of administrative experience to the Wealth Management Services team. Eva earned a BA in Political Science from the University of Illinois in Chicago.
