OUR COMPANY

FORUM DEVELOPMENT – COSEREX GROUP is a Spanish based International Company that offers the widest range of Consulting Services required by companies who wish to introduce their products and/or services into a foreign market with the goal of successfully maximizing their resources and increasing their turnover.

Forum Development was founded in Valencia in the year 2000 by a group of dedicated professionals each of whom specializing in Exterior Commerce. Our first international office outside of Spain was inaugurated in Poland, under the newly created name, FORUM DEVELOPMENT. From this moment onwards, we have continually strived to increase our global presence and through shear perseverance have successfully created a multiple network of worldwide offices based in Spain, Poland, Russia, Romania, Ukraine, Bulgaria, Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Baltic States, The Netherlands, Kazakhstan, Morocco, Cuba and Brazil.

At FORUM DEVELOPMENT – COSEREX GROUP, we believe that every client is unique. Therefore, our 49 highly qualified and professional staff members are capable of offering our customers a complete service, detailing every conceivable aspect or factor as to their particular requirements. Apart from the countries detailed above, our Expansion Project includes establishing offices in: Turkey, China, India, Argentina, Chile, South Africa, Middle East and the USA.

TRADE MISSION ADVANCED (TMA)

This service covers the followings actions:

• Preparation of the pre-mission report.

• Planning of the Meeting Agenda with the interested enterprises. FORUM DEVELOPMENT - COSEREX GROUP will arrange as many meetings as possible. We will always take into consideration the characteristics of the interested companies and possible partners.

• Accompanying to meetings to help with translation and to be at the disposal of the client to solve any problem that could arise during the mission.

INWARD TRADE MISSION (ITM)

The objective of this service is focused on the Promotion of products between interested enterprises and the most important distributors and importers in the target country. Establishment of initial partnerships to introduce products, or as may be applicable to your company; possible strategic alliances and later selection of distributors, importers and/or suppliers.

This service covers the following actions: Search, Selection and Invitation of foreign enterprises that are interested, according to the clients’ requirements. The invited group will take part in a meeting organized by the client, on the dates and places that the client suggests.

VISIT TO DISTRIBUTION CHANNELS

The organization of a visit to the different channels of distribution will provide the best information about the clients possibilities in the target market.

TRADE FAIR VISIT

This service covers the following actions:

• For visitors: Organization of a Plan of Guided Visits to the main exhibitors of the sectors participating in the fair. It also includes the additional hiring of a translator who will accompany the client and the person in charge from FORUM DEVELOPMENT - COSEREX GROUP during the commercial meetings.

• For the exhibitors: Organization of the Meeting Agenda for interested companies. FORUM DEVELOPMENT - COSEREX GROUP will search and provide the maximum number of possible visits on the dates of the fair. The visitors will be selected according to the profile required by the client.

ESTABLISHMENT SUPPORT (ES)

It is a consulting service focused on providing the most suitable legal form for any activity or Spanish organization in any country.

With this service we accompany the firm from the first moment when they decide to set up an enterprise of whichever legal form, to the moment when it is legally prepared to begin its activity, working always with the best local professionals (certified lawyers, translators, banks, accountants, etc.). This service also includes a legal advisory in any question that might appear during the cooperation with the local companies.

OFFICE-OFFER (OO) Business Centre as a base for:

• Business Trips to the corresponding country;

• Commercial accomplishment of missions & meetings;

• Virtual Office in each specific country.

Using our Business Centre you would have at your disposal:

• Our offices with all the equipment (Internet, printer, fax, phone, etc.);

• Reception of calls in the local language.

INTERNATIONALIZATION GROUP PROJECTS MANAGEMENT (GIPM-GPAI)

This product is orientated towards the companies which form Export Consortia or International Promotion Groups and is to provide them with any services which might be useful for their development strategy, i.e.:

• Activity coordination, both in Spain and in the selected country; • Global management of Export Consortia or Int. Promotion Groups; • Consultancy concerning the optimum strategy establishment; • Facilitation and management of incentives and subventions; • Promotion activities development and follow-up.

LOOKING FOR SUPPLIERS (LFS)

Through this service, FORUM DEVELOPMENT - COSEREX GROUP helps you reach the new markets of Eastern Europe and take advantage of the opportunities they offer.

In detail, this service consists of looking for suppliers, as well as an analysis and a selection of the companies.

The most relevant aspects of this service are:

• The search of suppliers is realized in accordance with the previously defined objectives and details such as quality standards, price levels, supply capacity, security and reliability, etc. The activity includes individual meetings with the potential partners;

• The service can be optimally complemented with the previously planned in situ visit to lead the conversations or manage the negotiations process.

INDUSTRIAL GROUND (IG)

The consulting service consists in looking for the industrial ground in accordance with the previously defined requirements of the client. The service includes the administrative and technical support related to the documentation issues and facilitation of the contacts with the local authorities and/ or landowners. The important aspects of this service are as follows:

• Before starting the process of searching of the ground to move a part or a whole production park, a detailed analysis of the client's requirements and objectives is being done and consulted by the local personnel of FORUM DEVELOPMENT - COSEREX GROUP. Apart from that, during the execution of the service we analyse the commercial and technical viability of the selected ground;

• If positive, we help with the necessary procedures related to the legal regulations of the zone and the status of the selected ground;

• The service also includes contacts with the local authorities in the matter of the available incentives and subventions;

• The service can be optimally complemented with the previously planned in situ visit to lead the talks or manage the negotiations process.

Within the opportunities of setting up a company in a selected country, FORUM DEVELOPMENT - COSEREX GROUP offers you assistance in searching business partners, associates or local collaborators of any type in order to develop the activity, both commercial and production, to minimize the risks and to maximize the benefits.

STAFF SELECTION (STF)

This is a consulting service to cover the human resources needs of a company concerning basic personnel, as well as more qualified staff.

As we know the specific needs of foreign firms that enter the new markets, we can effectively fulfil their requirements in this matter.

In order to execute this service we resort to our own database as well as to other methods of recruitment.

HEAD HUNTING (HH)

This service is to cover all the human resources needs of a company focusing on top management.

In order to realise successfully this process we resort to the database, our business partners and representatives information. At every moment we use the deep knowledge of the local markets and its characteristics.

EVENTS MANAGEMENT (EM)

This is a special consulting service that consists of preparing inaugural and promotional events or any other type of a particular activity which might be considered useful by the company in order to penetrate a new market or to improve its position on it.
