We carry out a detailed analysis and summary of the proposals, personal interviews with the proposed team resources, and reference checks to present a short list of consulting or training providers which match the defi ned requirements. With this presentation our client receives the necessary information to decide which providers to invite for a personal presentation (otherwise known as the beauty contest stage).
