The majority of the our 8 to 10-Week Instructor-Led Online Courses have received up to 3 College Credit Recommendations from

the American Council on Education (ACE). ACE evaluates and makes credit recommendations, which are intended to guide

colleges and universities as they consider awarding credit to persons who have successfully completed college-level instruction.



Required courses have been successfully completed with a passing grade (D or better)



Overall grade point average (GPA) must be 2.00.



All courses must carry 1.00 to 3.00 credits unless otherwise noted.



Up to 50% of the course credits needed for a diploma or certificate may be transferred from a college, university, or other

educational organization. CFTWS will also consider awarding credit for other training programs (including internal training) on a

case-by-case basis.

Please use this Student Guide to keep track of diploma and certificate eligibility requirements for courses you have completed.

requirements of certain diplomas and certificates from time to time. If you have already begun the process of completing the

requirements for a specific CFTWS diploma or certificate, you can continue to do so under the previous guidelines.

required courses for a particular diploma or certificate, contact CFTWS for a ‘Diploma or Certificate Request Form’. A fee of $25.00

is required per Diploma or Certificate. You will also receive an Official Transcript reflecting your accomplishment for your records!
