to EU companies in food related business. Using a specific

machine of its invention, this innovative SME offers taste analysis

services for the evaluation of five basic tastes (sweet, sour, bitter,

salty and UMAMI) for food and liquor, using five gradations.

(UMAMI is a Japanese word, it can be translated as "pleasant
