On 5/23/2013 at 8:31am Christopher L. Lockamy was arrested for two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled 7th Degree for possessing clonazepam pills and alprazolam pills. Lockamy was also charged with Unlawful Possession of Marihuana for possessing 1 gram of marihuana. Lockamy was given an appearance ticket with a return court date of 6/6/2013 at 9:30am in Oswego City Court. Lockamy was turned over to NYS Division of Parole for an unrelated parole violation.

On 05/24/13 the defendant voluntarily came to OPD to be processed an one count of assault in the third degree. The arrest was a result of an investigation in which the defendant had punched a male in the face area on 05/18/13 while at the Dysfunctional Family BBQ concert at the Oswego Speedway. The victim suffered a broken nose and other injuries as a result of being punched by the defendant.
The defendant was processed without incident and released on an appearance ticket. He is scheduled to appear in Oswego City Court on 06/06/13 at 9:30 am
