All information as to why all city employees were at my court for a protection order against Juan Orozco for in which Carmen and the city testified that my water bill was only being shut off due to nonpayment.

I have made many complaints over the last year about my water bill. Even brought it up during my court case because the city was using its resources against me, Kim, Keith, and Carmen all ignored me.

I put in a public request on Nov. 27, 2019, requesting information over my many complaints as to my water being shut off, Stormy responded back on January 22, 2020, stating there was no reason why Carmen and Dora should have been looking up my account. Even stated that Carmen would no longer have access to my account, and still why did Kim not investigate?

I called many times to complain and she said I needed to pay my bill, called Keith, in which Keith responded call the cops if she comes back.

All my complaints were ignored because Kim ignored them. Kim and Carmen Luis Barajas 4.6.20 Records of water, sewer, and garbage bills for 320 South Park Drive in Wapato
