Accroche marketing: INTEPA est un projet de transfert de l’innovation du programme Leonardo da Vinci,

développé dans le cadre du programme pour l'éducation et la formation tout au long de la vie. D’une durée de 18 mois, il a pour objet de transférer les résultats d’un projet précédent, IN-NATURE : "Interprète de la nature et du milieu rural : Une formation innovante".

Résumé: Purpose of the Project:

The project, included in the “Develop Vocational Skills considering the labour market needs – New skills for New Jobs”, priority, proposed the transfer of the IN-NATURE project results, a pilot project with proven quality, adapting this transfer to the needs of other countries regarding the professional improvement and the creation of new employment opportunities within the sector of environmental and cultural tourism.

The interpretation in natural and cultural heritage is an important support for its conservation. Technician in interpretation can arise visitors’ interest in heritage, and develop an attitude of appreciation and guardianship to those resources.

The competition in the field of Heritage Interpretation will give target users the qualification to offer quality, attractive and effective tourism services, and manage the conservation of local heritage.

The main goals and objectives have been:

1. To improve the quality of training adapting the manual developed in the pilot project. 2. To provide new content focusing on land management for its conservation.

3. To add innovations in the field of Heritage Interpretation. 4. To promote equal opportunities.

5. To adapt content to curriculum design, culture, needs and requirements of the targeted users.

Description: Characteristics of the consortium:

The partners have proven experience in educational projects. It is ensured a fully trained team to support the development of the project.

Overview of tangible and intangible results obtained:

1. Adaptation and updating of the Didactic Guide "The Interpretation of Nature and the Rural Environment", using ICT and adapting it to the needs of each country. It has been translated into all languages of the partners and into English.

2. Design a web platform and a blog for every member, in the languages of the partners and in English.

3. Elaboration of the Study to identify the training needs in the field if Heritage Interpretation in the action area of each partner. These studies have been translated into all the partner languages and into English.

4. Elaboration of 7 Dossiers of sites with a Heritage interest and employment resources related, in each action area of the project partners.

5. Organisation of a pilot course in every participating country to verify that the transfer is valid and is adapted to the characteristics of the target groups in each country.

6. Dissemination of the project through the project leaflets and informative articles that have been available in all the partner languages and in English.

Achieved impact of the project: In the short term:

- To train various groups in order to promote access to employment. - To use new validated and tested work tools.

Description The Environmental Board organised a series of conferences on environmental education in October and November 2011 in different parts of Estonia.

The opening conference in Väimela, Võru county was held on 6th of October 2011 and it was aimed at participants from South-East Estonia: Põlva, Valga and Võru county. The

representative of Siksali Development Centre, Mr Aigar Liping, also participated.

There were lectures and workshops, themes included: environmental education and new curriculum, up-to-date subjects on environmental themes, study methods, best practice examples.

The event provided a good opportunity for informal communication with stakeholders and information and experiences were shared.

Description The Fifth Folk Fest "Captain Dyado Nikola" took place in Tryavna on 26th, 27th and 28th August 2011. More than 700 national folklore artists from all over Bulgaria met during the Fest.
