At Your Service….

As a full-service catering company, we are pleased to work with you on customized menus suited to meet your needs. Please feel free to inquire about additional menu items that do not appear on our menu.

Tasting

The purpose of the tasting is to allow each client the opportunity to experience the same level of fine food and excellent service that will be provided at your event.

The tastings are $10.00 per person however if we are contracted to cater your event any fees for the tasting will be credit back to your account. Reservations for the number of guests attending must be made one week prior to the

scheduled dates, call 301-449-2082 to schedule your tasting.

Ordering

We appreciate your order as far in advance as possible, however we do our best to accommodate last-minute orders.

Billing

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Company/Personal Checks (Check by phone) and Cash.

Missing/Damaged Equipment

Client will be charged retail price for any missing or damaged equipment, due upon receipt.

Contract/Deposit

1/2 of the total amount is due upon signing of the contract and

the remaining balance must be paid in full two weeks prior to your event,

alone with the final head count.

We do not post prices all Menus are customized for each client

needs…..we also understand that everyone is working with a

different budget.

All events must be $paid in full prior to delivery.

“Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE”

All event deposits can be applied to re-booking the event or another event within 180 days of the original event date. This cancellation policy is in place due to the

administrative costs associated with handling your event specifics. Please note that processing deposit payments, invoicing and menu design for your event take

time, resources and have costs associated.

If for any reason “A Touch of Class Caterers” has to

cancel your event, the full deposit will be returned to the
