NTRODUCTIONTCCA requires that the performance and the certification of maintenance of commercially operated aircraft or aeronautical products other than complete aircraft, be carried out in an Approved Maintenance Organization (AMO) approved under the Canadian Aviation Regulations (CAR) Part V, Subparts 71 and 73. On February 2, 2004 the EASA and TCCA signed an Administrative Arrangement - Maintenance (AA-M) which recognizes similarities in CAR Part V, Subpart 73 AMOs and PART 145 maintenance organizations. The AA-M allows for approval of PART 145 maintenance provided the PART 145 MOE and TCCA supplement are complied with. This Supplement stipulates the conditions under which DERICHEBOURG Atis Aeronautique performs and certifies maintenance of commercial operated aircraft and / or aeronautical products other than complete aircraft in accordance with EASA standards (PART 145) and the requirements of TCCA as an AMO.
Based on DERICHEBOURG Atis Aeronautique MOE and this supplement, TCCA grants an approval as Maintenance Organization approved under CAR Part V, Subparts 71 and 73 to DERICHEBOURG Atis Aeronautique.
