- The project is divided in different phases

- It is necessary to develop a road map for each pilot

project ( only “design” how to get nearly zero energy

building)

-They could to continue the works of improvement when

they get more money (recapitalization in the future)

-At the same time it is important to develop maintenance

plan for the users ( guide about the actions to conserve the

thermal performance of roofs, façades,… and the solar water

system, etc. and, also, how use them)
