MBS WELLBEING CONSULTATION 30 MINUTES / 250 KN
MBS Wellbeing Consultation is a great introduction to MBS concept of
achieving a healthier lifestyle. Wellbeing consultation is being conducted and overview of current regime is assessed. Following initial consultation, your MBS expert will provide you with a personal advice on exercise, diet as well as general advice to wellbeing with a suggestion of
appropriate program.
BCA - BODY COMPOSITION
ANALYSIS 30 MINUTES / 225 KN

MBS HEALTH CORRECTIVE TREATMENT" "

Positive results are visible during each MBS Health Corrective Training.
Corrective therapeutic training will elevate the level of your health and wellbeing status, alleviate pain and limitations in everyday movement.
Through manual stretching techniques, methods of awakening muscles from amnesia and breathing, strength exercises, you will be enabled to restore loss of physical functionality.
MBS TRIGGER POINT MASSAGE 30 MINUTES / 390 KN
Treating Trigger Points (painful muscle nodules) provides ultimate results
through direct relaxation of tense tissue using a specially designed Trigger Release stick that
improves blood circulation and metabolism process. Trigger Point treatment is followed with relaxing massage to help
alleviate any other signs of tension and pain.
MBS Trigger Point massage is perfect
complement to Corrective treatment.
General
Hours of operation
Lone Wellness & Spa operates daily from 08:00 to 21:00. Indoor pool is open from 7:00. The last service is booked at 20:00. Hours of operation are subject to change with prior notice.
Admission
Lone Wellness & Spa is open exclusively to hotel guests.
Reservations
Advanced booking prior to your arrival is recommended to secure your
preferred date and time of treatment.
Check in
Please check in at the Lone Wellness & Spa reception at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid reduced treatment time. As part of our professional service, all guests will receive a personal lifestyle
consultation on their first visit.
Cancellation policy
A 6 hour cancellation notice is required to help us reschedule your
appointment, subject to availability. Any cancellation with less than 6 hours
notice will incur a 100% charge of the selected treatment.
Payment
We accept cash and all major credit cards as well as room charge. Prices
include VAT. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Refund policy
All spa treatments, packages, products and other services are non-refundable, non-transferable or non-exchangeable once subscribed or purchased.
Etiquette
To ensure that guests can enjoy the peaceful sanctuary of Lone Wellness & Spa, we respectfully request that all guests keep noise to a minimum. Mobile phones and electronic devices are not allowed.
Amenities
Personal amenities and toiletries are provided. Please bring your robe and swimwear if you are using the pool facilities.
Valuables
We recommend that no jewellery be worn during your visit to Lone Wellness & Spa. The management of Lone
Wellness & Spa accepts no
responsibility for any losses, theft or damage to money and valuables of any kind brought into Lone Wellness & Spa premises.
Smoking and alcohol
Smoking is not allowed within Lone Wellness & Spa. We suggest caution
when consuming alcohol as it may affect your Wellness & Spa experience and may result in rescheduling, or
cancelling your service.
Minimum age
Guests of all ages are welcome in Lone Wellness & Spa pool area.
Guests under 16 years of age need to be accompanied by an adult when using the pool area. Guests 16 years of age and above are permitted to enter and use the Lone Wellness & Spa thermal zone, Vitality Bar,
Relaxation area and services. We have special Teen Spa treatments for guests 10 – 16 years of age. We seek your kind understanding and co-operation.
Gratuities
Our services do not include gratuities. In appreciation of outstanding service, gratuities may be given to the staff at your discretion.
Gift certificates
Gift Certificates for our spa treatments and products are available and are valid for 3 months. For your
convenience, these can be ordered via the telephone, email or at your Lone Wellness & Spa reception.
Special considerations
Guests who have high blood pressure, heart conditions, are pregnant or have
any other medical condition are
advised to consult their doctor before using spa services. Please make your spa therapist aware of any medical condition.
