Step 1 – Receive Secure Email Notification Message
If an INCISIVE MD user has created a document routing rule to send documents upon save, and the email recipients included in the document routing rule have email addresses outside of the clinic, the INCISIVE MD email server will send an email notification message with a webpage attachment in order for those email recipients to view the INCISIVE MD documents.
Step 2 – View Secure Email Notification Message
Step 3 – Download Webpage Attachment
Depending on your email client, you will need to either view or download the webpage attachment.
For users of Microsoft Outlook, they may not be able to view the webpage attachment directly from Microsoft Outlook. They will have to save the webpage attachment to the desktop and click on it from there in order to view the webpage.
Step 4 – View Encrypted Message Webpage
Once, viewing the Microsoft Office 365 Message Encryption webpage, click View Your Encrypted Message to view the INCISIVE MD email.
Step 5 -- Create New Microsoft User Account
If Microsoft does not find a Microsoft account with the email address that was sent the secure email notification message, the Office 365 email server will ask you to create a new account. Click CREATE A MICROSOFT ACCOUNT FOR to create a new account.
This is a long web page, you will need to complete the necessary boxes and then also go to the bottom and do the CAPTCHA.
The email address will be automatically filled-in with the email address that was sent the secure email notification message. You should not change this email address.
Click Create Account to complete the new user creation process.
We suggest unchecking the promotional offers checkbox.
