Overdraft Privilege

Overdraft Privilege is a discretionary overdraft service. At Covenant Bank, we do not encourage overdrafts. As always, we encourage you to man-age your finances responsibly. However, we want to save you from embarrassment, additional fees or possible damage to your credit history that might result if a check is returned. Rather than automatically returning unpaid any insufficient items that you have, we will consider, with no obligation on our part, payment of your reasonable overdrafts. We will charge our normal non-sufficient funds or overdraft charges, as set forth in our fee schedule for items that would create an overdraft on your account.
