Create an Email Campaign
For sending a newsletter or a bulk email, you need to create an Email Campaign, click on the CAMPAIGN tab in the top menu of your account:
Then, click on

Follow the 3 steps
Create a message using our
Templates Editor or insert directly your HTML code.

1. Set the parameters of your email campaign (Sender Email Address, OBJECT, etc ..)
2. Select your recipients by choosing one or more Mailing lists or Segments 3. Set the sending date

By default, it is the email address that you used for registering your account. You can also create up to 5 other sender email addresses.
From Line (Alias)
When receiving your email campaign your recipients will not see the sender's address, but your Alias. In their mailbox, the Alias will be displayed next to the subject of your email campaign.
Name
The title of your Email Campaign, saved on your MailKitchen account (not visible to your recipients).
Subject
Unsubscribe Link inserted by default in your messages. Your recipients can unsubscribe from your email by clicking on the link.
Unsubscribe List
Just like when you are sending a simple email, the Subject of your message is the title that will appear in the inbox of your recipients.
Sender
By clicking on the Options, you can add custom fields (merged tags) like {{name}} {{surname}} in the subject of your email (only if you imported a Mailing List that contains these custom fields)
Settings - Recipients
Select the recipients of your email campaign by selecting one or all of your Mailing listes or your
Segments (Opens or Clics).
The Recipients field shows you in real time the number of targeted recipients.
With the additional filters you can select to send your email campaign only to the recipients that opened or clicked in one of your previous emails and that are contained in the selected Mailing Lists .

By clicking on the Optional tab you can add or exclude additional Mailing Lists or Segments (Opens or Clics).

Message
You have 2 options:
If you already have an email in HTML code, click on the button INSERT YOUR OWN HTML CODE and copy the code directly in the HTML editor.
To make sure that your images and text are displayed correctly,
click on the PREVIEW button

Insert your own HTML code
Insert a ZIP file with your HTML and Images
The Tailor-Made Template editor lets you create your newsletter template from scratch. You can add and delete text boxes and images that you can then customize by changing colors, inserting your text and images.
Ready-made Template are models on which the design, the colors, the position of texts and images of are already defined. You just need to insert your own images (or use the ones available in the Image Gallery), insert your texts and the template is ready to be sent.
If you have already created a Newsletter via our Templates Editor (in the module TEMPLATES in the top menu of the page), you can use the saved model for your email campaign.

Before sending your email campaign, you can verify the rendering of your template by sending a TEST email to your own email address. You can add up to 5 test email addresses.

Validation
This is the last step before sending your email campaign – verify all the preferences and if everything is OK, just hit the CHECK AND SEND button.

SpamAssassin is a free and open source software, widely known and reputed in the domain of anti-spam filtering. As part of our anti-anti-spam policy and to ensure our customers a better deliverability, we verify the content of your messages using its features.
The test consists of assigning a score (positive or negative) to the various elements of your email campaign. A score higher than 4 means that your email will be refused by the mailboxes of your recipients. When your message gets a score below 4, the email can be sent.

Once you’ve clicked on SEND, it takes a maximum of 15 minutes for our servers to process it and to start sending it. The campaign will first appear under the status “Scheduled”, then “In progress” and finally “Completed”.
The statistics for your email campaigns are calculated and updated every 15 minutes.
