This is the start of your journey with Montego Homes. Take the opportunity to meet with one of our home experts to browse designs and find your perfect house and land package. An initial deposit of $2,500 will be required to take your lot off the market and secure your dream location.

F I N A N C E C H E C K

A quick obligation free chat with our finance specialists will help you decide what the best lending option is for you.

C O L O U R S E L E C T I O N

Colour selection is one of the most exciting steps. With four beautiful interior finishes to choose from, you are able to make the home truly yours, inside and out. But, if you have trouble deciding don’t worry, our specialist home buying coach will be on hand to help.

S L A B P O U R

Now that your contracts are completed and your land has titled, our builders will start onsite and lay the foundation of your home. Once your concrete slab has been poured, your first progress payment is required.

C O N T R A C T S I G N I N G

All the hard work has paid off! Your home expert will now present you with your building contract to be signed. Upon signing, you will be required to pay a balance of 5% of your total building contract. After the contract is signed you will need to produce a formal finance approval letter. Once formal finance approval has been produced your building permits will be ordered.

F R A M E

As the structure is marked out, you will really start to see your home come together. Once your frame is complete, a second progress payment is required.

L O C K U P

Now that the brickwork, cladding, doors and roofing is in place, your home is able to be locked up. Upon completion, your third progress payment is required.

F I X   A N D F I T

Here you will see your home coming to life as the internal plastering, cabinetry, internal doors, kitchen and bathroom are fixed into position. The focus will then shift to the inside of your home with painting, tiling, plumbing and electrical connections to be completed. At this stage, a fourth progress payment is required.
