RoamEasy Monthly Terms & Conditions: StarHub Mobile postpaid customers with any 4G, SmartSurf HD, SmartSurf, MaxMobile or BlackBerry mobile plans and who subscribe to either International Roaming or Pay-As-You-Roam service are eligible to opt-in for RoamEasy Daily Plan. Customers on (a) Pay-As-You-Roam service or (b) RoamEasy Daily Plan, DataRoam Monthly Plan (DataRoam 10MB/DataRoam
20MB/DataRoam 40MB/DataRoam 100MB) and BlackBerry Unlimited DataRoam VAS, are not eligible to sign up for RoamEasy Monthly Plan. RoamEasy Plans cannot be enjoyed with other data roam promotions and will supersede any other data roam promotions. Prevailing standard data roam rates apply for any data roam usage on roaming operators in countries that are not covered under RoamEasy Plans. For RoamEasy Monthly plan, upon successful activation, customers will pay $10 (U.P $18) for every 100MB data usage, a monthly subscription of $40 (U.P $72) for 200MB data roam bundle or a monthly subscription of $100 (U.P $180) for 500MB data roam bundle. The data roam bundle can be used in any of the 39 designated countries under RoamEasy Monthly plan. Data roam usage exceeding the relevant data roam bundle will be charged at $3 per MB in the 31 designated countries. Any unused data allowance on any data roam bundle cannot be rolled over to the next billing cycle. The minimum service period for RoamEasy Monthly plan is 3 months. In the event of termination within the Minimum Service Period, early termination charge applies. For RoamEasy Daily plan, one-time sign up is required to enjoy data roaming rate of $10 per 50MB data block used daily (till 23:59 hr Singapore Time) in the 39 designated countries. Each data block is valid for single-country usage only. Each unused data block or part thereof, will expire at 23:59 hours Singapore Time daily. RoamEasy Daily Plan Terms & Conditions: RoamEasy Daily Plan is activated 1 hour after customer receives a confirmation SMS from StarHub. Upon successful activation, customers will pay $10 for every 100MB data block daily (U.P $36 per 100MB daily) that customers use while data roaming in designated countries for any particular day. A 20% surcharge is applicable for Pay-As-You-Roam subscribers at
$12 for every 100MB data block daily. Prevailing data roam rates apply for roaming operators and countries not covered under RoamEasy Daily Plan. Each unused data block, or part thereof, will expire at 23:59 hours Singapore Time daily. There will be no refund for any unused data within any data block. Each data block is valid for single-country usage only in the designated country where data usage commenced. A new data block will commence should the user commence data usage in another designated country. RoamEasy Daily Plan cannot be enjoyed with other data roam promotions. RoamEasy Daily Plan will take precedence over any other data roam promotions that do not require opting-in.
