Information

Michael John Terlet AO

Non-Executive Director, Chair

Michael was responsible for the formation and growth of the largest private sector defence and aerospace company in Australia from 1978 to 1992. He retired as managing director and has undertaken a number of directorships in both public and private companies since that time. He brings a wealth of experience as a director and chairman and extensive knowledge in international trading and investment. He was made an officer of the General Order of Australia for contributions to industry and export in 1991.

Michael has served as President of the South Australian Employers Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Engineering Employers Association and is currently Chairman and Director of a number of public and private companies.

Michael is a Fellow of the Institute of Managers and Leaders Australia and New Zealand (FIML) and Australian Institute of Company Directors (FAICD).

Ronald Peter Beard

Non-Executive Director

Ronald has in excess of 30 years’ experience in financial services and has held consulting, executive and senior management positions with leading wealth management institutions in Australian.

His experience includes operations management, project management and governance of super funds, investment platforms and employee benefit programs.

Ronald holds a Bachelor of Business (Insurance), Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning). He is a Trustee Fellow of The Association Superannuation Funds of Association (TFASFA) and Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (MAICD).

Fiona McNabb

Non-Executive Director

Fiona McNabb is an experienced non-executive director with over 25 years’ corporate experience in actuarial consulting, financial markets, derivatives pricing and trading, treasury, investments, risk management, compliance and governance.

Fiona joined the Tidswell Financial Services Limited board in October 2017 and is the Chair of the Board Audit Risk & Compliance Committee, and a member of the Investment

Committee and the Remuneration, People & Culture Committee. She is also a non-executive director of CCSL Limited, Diversa Trustees Limited and Certes CT. She has experience as a director in a wide range of industries, including agriculture, forestry, health, education, sport, superannuation and investments.

Fiona is also a Senior Industry Fellow in the Department of Banking & Finance at Monash University where she currently lectures in investment banking and ethics. She holds a Bachelor of Science (Mathematics) degree, is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a Senior Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia, a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Superannuation Trustees and is RG146 compliant for superannuation.

Fiona is passionate about women in leadership, finance and education.

Andrew Peterson

Executive Director

Andrew Peterson is a senior executive with more than 25 years’ experience in the financial services industry, with a particular focus on asset management. Andrew has held roles in executive leadership, sales, research, compliance, and product development roles across the retail and wholesale sectors at organisations such as Required Financial Services, Aviva Investors/Antares Equities, Timbercorp and IOOF. Andrew started his career as a tax lawyer with Arthur Anderson, Minter Ellison and State Street Limited and has forged a reputation as a commercially focused, results driven, strategic executive.

Andrew joined the Tidswell Financial Services Limited board in March 2018 and is an Executive Director of CCSL Limited, Diversa Trustees Limited, Responsible Entity Partners Limited, Certes CT Pty Ltd and Certes CT (NSW) Pty Ltd, and Certes SPV Management Pty Ltd.

Andrew holds a Bachelor of Economics/Bachelor of Law degree from Monash University.

Rachel Griffith

Rachel has had over 25 years’ experience in the financial services industry across investment banking, funds management and financial advice. She has had a focus in investment

research and compliance. She has held senior leadership positions as well as being the company secretary of a listed company.

Rachel is also the Company Secretary for Responsible Entity Partners Limited, Certes CT Pty Ltd and Certes CT (NSW) Pty Ltd, and Certes SPV Management Pty Ltd. Rachel is an

Executive Officer of Diversa Trustees Limited.

Rachel holds a Bachelor of Economics, a Master of Economics, and a Graduate Diploma of Applied Corporate Governance. She is Fellow of FINSIA.

Darran Goodger

Chief Financial Officer

Darran has in excess of 25 years’ experience in the financial services industry, with a

particular focus in funds and investment management. Darran has held executive leadership roles in the past, including Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer roles in a number of global hedge funds. He has also held Directorship positions during this time with several funds management companies.

Darran is a leader who has worked successfully with Boards, senior management and teams to develop and drive the strategic and operational goals of the organisation. In particular, he has successfully navigated businesses through all economic cycles, periods of growth and contraction.

Darran is a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), a Fellow Member of Governance Institute Australia (FGIA), and a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
