I. Welcome to Online Bill Pay
Welcome to Liberty Power’s Online Bill Pay system. This user manual has been created to help our customers get familiar with the system and its most commonly used features.
With Online Bill Pay you can:
Pay your invoice online using your credit card or Visa/MasterCard debit card
o Tip: these are the debit cards that feature a Visa or MasterCard logo on the front. Simply input your debit card information (card number and expiration date) like it a credit card.
Set up recurring payments so you never have to worry about missing a payment
Change your billing address
Download up to 12 past and present invoices and view payment history
If you have any questions about the system, please don’t hesitate to call our Customer Care Team at 1- 866-769-3799. We’re available Monday to Friday from 8:30 am EST to 8:00 pm EST, and Saturday and Sunday from 10 am to 6:00 pm.

II. New User Registration
1. Customers can access Online Bill Pay from our website, www.libertypowercorp.com 2. Click on the “New User” tab at the top of the Online Bill Pay home page
3. Enter your Liberty Power Account Number, found on your Liberty Power bill, and the zip code used in your billing address
4. Click “Verify”
Page 5 5. If you have entered a correct account number and billing zip code, you will be directed to the New
User Registration screen
6. Create a Login ID and enter your information, including password and secret reminder question/answer, to register
7. If you would like to receive invoice notifications by email and regular mail, be sure to click the check box next to “You will receive invoice notifications via email”
8. Once your information has been entered, click the “Enroll” button
Page 6 9. If all of the information provided has been entered correctly, you will automatically be directed to
the Login screen
10. Enter your Login ID and Password and click on the “Sign In” button

III. Login for Registered Users
1. If you have previously registered, you can login from the Online Bill Pay homepage 2. Enter your Login ID and Password and click on the “Sign In” button
3. Once you have logged into the system, you will be immediately directed to your billing “Homepage”

IV. Home Page Functionality
Your Home Page contains the following information and functionality:
A. Top Banner Buttons
Home: Returns you to your home page if you navigate to another page Pay My Invoice: Allows you to view account balance and make payments
Account History: Displays utility account number(s), service address(es), and account balance(es)
Billing Account: Displays your account number, customer type (residential or commercial), customer name, phone number, and address
Page 9 Payment Method: Allows you to add, edit, or delete stored credit cards for payment
Customer Care: Directs you to Liberty Power’s Customer Care screen providing information if you need to contact us
Log Out: Click here when you’re ready to log out of system
B. Edit User Information Link: View Login ID, change first or last name or email address for use by the Online Bill Pay system, select options to receive invoice notifications via email, and change your password
C. Edit Account Information Link: Displays account number, customer type, customer name, and allows you to update your account’s billing contact phone number and address
D. View Service Addresses Link: Displays utility account number(s), service address, begins service date(s) and end service date(s)
E. Pay My Invoice Link: Displays a list of accounts and balances due with ability to select which accounts and amounts to pay
F. View My Invoices Link: Displays utility account number(s) you can select to view the last 12 months of invoices in Adobe Acrobat format
G. Add/Edit Payment Methods Link: Allows you to add, edit, delete credit cards as stored payment methods; you also have the ability to designate one credit card or Visa/MasterCard debit card as a recurring payment method which will auto-debit your full invoice amount on the invoice Due Date

V. Pay My Invoice
1. Select “Pay My Invoice” from the top banner, or the Balance Information section of your Home Page
Page 11 2. Select the account(s) to which you would like to make a payment and click “Submit”
o To select all accounts, check the box under “Select Account to Pay”
o To pay only some accounts, select box next to Utility Account No. and Service Address o If you want to pay only a portion of your balance, fill in the Payment Amount text box,
otherwise the system will process the full balance
Page 12 3. Input your payment method information and select “Submit”
4. You can save your credit card or Visa/MasterCard debit card information for future payments by checking the box next to “Check here to store this payment method for future payments”

Page 13 5. Once a payment has been submitted and successfully processed a confirmation page will appear.
Customers will also receive a payment confirmation by email.

VI. Account History Features
1. Click the “Account History” button to view your past invoices and payment history. You can view up to 12 past invoices.
o Click on the Utility Account Number to view invoices and payment history; you can also begin the Make Payment process from this screen
o Click the “PDF” link to download a copy of an invoice

VII. Billing Account Features
1. Click the “Billing Account” button to change your billing address 2. Click “Save” when you are done entering your changes

VIII. Payment Method Features
1. Click the “Payment Method” button to view, change or add payment information
2. This page allows you to save payment information and set up recurring payments using your credit card or Visa/MasterCard debit card.
o Note: Recurring payments can only be setup if your account is in good standing.
