Cayuga Medical Center Sports Medicine and Athletic Performance is located at the Island Health Center, on the shore of the southern end of Cayuga Lake. In addition to our large rehabilitation gym and private treatment rooms, the Island Health Center houses:

Island Health and Fitness, a state-of-the-art fitnesscenter with the latest strength training and cardio-vascular exercise equipment, three pools, locker rooms, saunas, and steam rooms
