ELIGIBILITY OF BOXER AND AGE CLASSIFICATIO

Age Classification: Elite Boxers (Men and Women) between the ages of 19 and 40 will be eligible to compete (born 1 January 1981 - 31 December 2002)

Weight Classification

Men: 8 Weight Categories:

52kg, 57kg, 63kg, 69kg, 75kg, 81kg, 91kg, +91kg Women: 10 Weight Categories:

48kg, 51kg, 54kg, 57kg, 60kg, 64kg, 69kg, 75kg, 81kg, +81kg

NUMBER OF ROUNDS

Men:

Three (3) rounds of three (3) minutes, one (1) minute rest between rounds.

Women:

Three (3) rounds of three (3) minutes, one (1) minute rest between rounds.

SCORING SYSTEM

AIBA Scoring System, the 10-points Must System, will be used.

REFEREES AND JUDGES

Referees and judges must be mandatory AIBA Certified (1-3 Star).

COMPOSITION OF THE DELEGATIONS

Each team can have the following number of officials in its delegation: • 1 - 3 boxers: 1 officials + 1 AIBA R/J

• 4 - 6 boxers: 2 officials + 1 AIBA R/J • 7 - 10 boxers: 3 officials + 1 AIBA R/J

• Each R/J must have his international AIBA Record Book as well as medical exams up to date.

• All coaches must be the AIBA Certified Coaches and registered in the AIBA Database as LOC will check each Coach’s status at the time of registration.

REQUIREMENTS

All Boxers must bring to the General Weigh-In the following documents: • International AIBA Competition Record Book and medical exams up

to date

• Valid Passport

Each Team Delegation must bring the following: • National flag 1x 1.50m

• National anthem (on MP3 or CD) Boxer’s Uniform:

• Each boxer must bring two sets of uniform

• The colors of these two sets of uniform must be in accordance with AIBA

• Technical and Competition Rules

BOXING EQUIPMENT:

• LOC will provide licensed headguards and boxing gloves to all Boxers for all Bouts. The gloves are compulsory official items which all Boxers must wear, as they will not be allowed to wear personal ones. Headguards will be used according to AIBA Rules.

• Gloves: Men

• 10 oz Gloves will be used from Light Flyweight (49kg) to Light Welterweight category (64 kg).

• 12 oz Gloves will be used from Welterweight category (69 kg) to Super Heavyweight category (91+ kg).

• Gloves: Women

TRANSPORTATION:

• All participants will be welcomed at Belgrade Airport “Nikola Tesla” and the LOC will arrange transportation from Airport to hotels. • Your Association will be responsible for travel expenses of your

Delegation to/from Belgrade, and back to respective countries

ACCOMODATION FOR TEAM DELEGATION:

Room Rates for Team Delegations are as follows:

• For single occupancy (1 person per room) - 70 Euros per person, per day, including 3 meals. (+1 EUR tourist tax per day, Total 71 EUR per day)

• For double/triple occupancy (2/3 persons per room) - 50 Euros per person, per day, including 3 meals. (+1 EUR tourist tax per day, Total 51 EUR per day)

Extra Team Officials:

• Extra persons – who are over the number of the official delegation and teams arriving earlier than the 06th of April or leaving later than

12th of April will have to cover all the expences, 61 € per person in a day for their accommodation and full board in double rooms and 81 € per person in a day for their accommodation and full board in single rooms.

All Team Delegations must pay the full room charges for the entire tournament period in CASH (in EURO) upon arrival.

MEDICAL CARE

The organizer will provide medical care and first-aid during the entire event to all participants who suffer from a sports injury contracted during the event.

MEDALS

A Gold medal will be awarded to the winner in each weight category, a silver medal to the runner-up. Bronze medals will be awarded to both semi-finalists.

VISA:

Those countries, who need entry visa to Serbia should contact Serbian Embassy in their countries. Also we kindly ask you to send to Boxing Аssociation of Belgrade full list of delegation. Please inform us in what city will you apply for Serbian visa. We kindly ask you to send us requests for visa assistance not later than 01st April 2021.

• Preliminary entries must be sent until 12th of March, 2021,

• Final entries with arrival and departure details must be sent until 12th of April, 2021.

COVID-19 PROTOCOL FOR TEAM DELEGATIONS

All official members of Team Delegations, whether they are competitors or staff, international or local are obligated to:

• Present, on arrival, an individual COVID-19 medical certificates (PCR test made within 48 hours before arrival) with a negative result. • Appoint a COVID-19 contact person from the official Team Delegation

list, who will be present during the Tournament and will be in charge of any COVID-19 related issues for their Team Delegation.

• Wear a mask at all times during the Tournament, with exceptions of: • boxers in training when it is not possible to wear it

• participants during their meals only when seated at their dining table

• Observe social distancing at all times (1,5 m), except for boxers during their bouts and during warming up with their coach. • Avoid entering hotel rooms of other participants under any

circumstances.

• Avoid any contact with individuals who are not on the training camp as workers, other athletes...

• Submit to contactless temperature screening by the LOC and/or local health authorities at any time during the Tournament

• Submit to COVID-19 testing at any time during the Tournament on request of LOC COVID-19 Managers and/or local health authorities • Follow all instructions of LOC COVID-19 Event Managers, including

following isolation, quarantine, observation procedures and provision of detailed contact tracing in case of need

• Timely report all COVID-19 protocol violations during the Event to EUBC/LOC COVID-19 Managers
