processors and payment technology providers, Planet Payment’s

services are tailored to meet the nuances of various industry segments –

hospitality, retail, restaurant, travel, e-commerce and mobile commerce.

Payment Processingof both multi-currency and/or domestic transactions

is delivered through the Company’s proprietary, currency-neutral SAS 70 and PCI-certified platform. Planet Payment operates redundant and geographically diverse data centers and concentrator sites in various international regions. The Company, a registered Third Party Processor, offers full Authorization, Capture, Settlement and Clearing services for all major card types as well as card routing services for other card brands, dependent upon regions. Planet Payment is certified to support EMV (“chip and pin”) transactions, and provides debit processing in the US, as well as Interac and VISA Debit in Canada.

Through our single, global online interface, we deliver best-in-class acquirer reconciliation and reporting services including financial, operational, settlement, commission, merchant profitability and various price management options. Acquirers and their merchants also have access to online systems for exceptions processing, including online chargeback and retrieval management.

With FX Assured, cardholders receive an individualized currency exchange rate, guaranteed by Planet Payment to be than the effective rate charged by their issuing bank. This offering relies on Planet Payment’s patented rate-calculation methodology that allows us to mark-up individual transactions in real time.

Multi-Currency Pricinghelps e-commerce and mail/telephone order

merchants reach new international markets quickly and helps maximize global sales when their international customers view pricing and pay in their home currencies. Multi-Currency Pricing more effectively turns international browsers into customers – those from Japan enjoy the clarity of browsing and paying in Yen, while those from Britain enjoy the certainty of paying in British pounds. Provided through the convenience of a merchant account offering funding and reporting in their domestic currency, our solution does not involve merchant setup of any international entities or overseas banking accounts.

iPAY®_{Global Gateway}_{, our robust, e-commerce and mail/telephone order} payment application processes online credit, debit and electronic check payments and supports all major card types. iPAY offers our signature multi-currency processing services, powerful subscription management and recurring billing services, as well as retail certified and hosted payment pages for merchants not integrated to our API.

With our iPAY Secure Token™ service, merchants can facilitate PCI compliance when they no longer store customers’ sensitive card details. Now we will generate random, unique tokens for each customer and for each of their credit or electronic check payment accounts. Merchants simply submit this token each time their customer makes a return purchase or payment.

Integrated Point-of-Sale Solutions and Regional Switchlaunched initially in

Getting Started

Partnering with Planet Paymentprovides acquirers and processors with access

to an array of innovative international payment solutions, available in any currency. We will design a payment processing solution that meets your specific business and operational needs and accommodates the preferred level of integration with your existing processing environment.

The Outsourced Model – Planet Payment offers a full outsourcing arrangement with its acquiring and processing customers, at a fraction of the cost and time it would take to develop or enhance legacy systems. Through our turnkey solution, acquirers gain a full-service, multi-currency and/or domestic processing solution in any currency. Our processing services are offered on a private-label basis, and acquiring customers may market the services under their own brand.

An Integrated Approach – Alternatively, Planet Payment’s highly flexible approach allows an acquirer to select key operational components of our processing solution for inclusion within their current capabilities. We will work with our customers to custom design a solution that integrates elements of our platform into your respective processing environment.

Whichever service model is selected, Planet Payment’s systems may generate the necessary payment instruction files and related reporting and reconciliation services required for the acquirer to properly fund their merchants.
