HOTEL ACCOMMODATION IN LONDON AND BRIGHTON

The Bonhams London to Brighton Veteran Car Run is continuing to work with Omega who, with their experience and strong associations with London and Brighton hotels, is able to offer attractive rates during the weekend of the event.

There are rooms on hold at six London hotels and two Brighton hotels until Friday 21 October. After this date Omega will do their utmost to secure the same rates as detailed below.

• Hotel name • Check-in date • Check-out date

• Number of occupants per room • Guest name(s)

Terms of Booking Payment

Payment is to be made directly to the hotel. Guests must provide Omega with a credit card number by telephone when making the booking. This will be passed to the hotel as the guarantee and form of payment. Guests will settle their own account on departure from the hotel.

Cancellation

Each hotel detailed below has their own cancellation policy – please refer to each hotel profile for further details. All cancellations must be advised in writing either to Omega Travel or direct with the hotel. If cancelled within the hotels cancellation policy the guest’s credit card will be charged for the full duration of their stay. No shows will be charged 100% of the room rate for the full duration booked.

Changes

If unforeseen circumstances beyond the Hotel’s control make changes necessary, the Hotel reserve the right to modify itineraries and/or substitute hotels and services to similar or superior grade. Insurance

It is strongly recommended that the Guest or takes out full insurance (i.e. cancellation, medical and luggage) for the duration of the event. Purchasing travel insurance is the Guests responsibility. Liability

Omega acts only in the capacity of an agent for hotels and assumes no responsibility for accidents, losses, injuries, delays or other interference and irregularities caused or arisen beyond their control.
