 Will be a 9th

, 10th or 11th grade student in the 2014-2015 school year  Is dedicated to academic excellence as shown through GPA

 Completes this application in its entirety (any application with missing elements will not be considered- applicants may reapply the following semester)

 Shows a strong grasp of core content knowledge and writing skills

 Is willing to commit to a rigorous course schedule throughout high school,(as well as potential overload or summer courses), to gain 64 college credits required by the Liberal Arts/AA degree program

Applications will be considered by an academic team consisting of the high school counselor, Vice Principal, and at least one dual credit instructor.

 Sign and complete the application form

 Have two (2) adults who know you well complete a reference form and submit the forms with your application. One reference form must be completed by a

teacher or administrator at Vision Charter School and the second by an adult

other than your parent or guardian. Reference forms should be placed in a

separate sealed envelope with your name printed on the outside.

 Attach a copy of your HS transcript (MS transcript for 9th

grade applications)  Complete the required essay

 Return the application, references, transcript, and essay to Ms. Dowski
