We are only offering side trips we recommend from personal experience.

Accommodations are in carefully selected hotels.

The Cuzco/Machu Picchu package includes two nights in Cusco with options for additional

nights. We strongly recommend considering the three night trip.

The Classic Lima package includes two nights in Lima with options for private and group

tours.

We can always accommodate special tourism requests. Just let us know your interest or ask

us to make recommendations. Please be advised that if you are interested in trekking the

Inca trail to Machu Picchu reservations are required one-year in advance.

LIMA A Two Nights– Group City Tour

Day 01 - Lima

Reception at Lima's airport and transfer to a hotel in Miraflores area.

Day 02 - Lima (B)

09:30 hs. City tour

You start the tour with a panoramic view of the “Pucllana Pyramid” a magnificent

ceremonial and archeological center built in the 4th century a.D. and considered a

“sacred village” by the Incas. Then continue to the Historical Center of Lima, where

you will appreciate colonial buildings such as Paseo de la República, San Martín

Square, Main Square, Government Palace, Archbishop’s Palace, Cathedral, and the

City Council Palace amongst others. You will also visit San Francisco Convent that

preserves the largest collection of religious art And its underground vaults, known as

“Catacumbas” or Catacombs. Drive by traditional residential areas in El Olivar of San

Isidro and Miraflores.

Afternoon on your own.

Day 03 - Lima/Cuzco or Puerto Maldonado (B)

Transfer to the airport to take your flight.

LIMA B Two Nights – Private Guide, Archaeological Museum and Lunch

Day 01 - Lima

Reception at Lima's airport and transfer to a hotel in Miraflores area.

Day 02 - Lima (B, L)

09:00 hs. City tour + Archaeological Museum

Your private tour of the city starts with a visit to the Plaza de Armas, where the

Presidential Palace is guarded by soldiers in colourful 18th. century uniforms, the

Cathedral and San Francisco Catacombs in downtown Lima. The tour will continue

visiting the Archaeological and Anthropological Museum. Buffet lunch at a typical

restaurant.

Afternoon on your own.

Day 03 - Lima/Cuzco or Puerto Maldonado (B)

Transfer to the airport to take your flight.

CUZCO 2 Nights Day 01 - Cuzco

Arrival and transfer to hotel.

Afternoon tour of the city that includes the Main Square, Cathedral, Koricancha (Temple of the Sun) and a visit to the fortress of Sacsayhuaman, rock palace of Kenko, and Tambomachay Inca baths.

Day 02 - Cuzco-Machu Picchu-Cuzco (B, L)

Early transfer to the station to board the train to Machu Picchu, “The Lost City of the Incas”. Arrival and transfer from Aguas Calientes station to the archaeological site by bus (40 min) for a guided tour. Bus down to the village to have a buffet lunch before taking the train back to Poroy train station. Transfer to your hotel in Cuzco.

Day 03 - Cuzco/Puerto Maldonado (B)

Transfer to the airport to take your flight.

CUZCO 3 Nights Day 01 - Cuzco

Arrival and transfer to hotel.

Afternoon tour of the city that includes the Main Square, Cathedral, Koricancha (Temple of the Sun) and a visit to the fortress of Sacsayhuaman, rock palace of Kenko, and Tambomachay Inca baths.

Day 02 - Cuzco-Sacred Valley-Ollantaytambo (B,L)

Full day tour to the Sacred Valley of the Incas. The first stop will be at Awanakancha, Exhibition Centre of Textiles and South American Camels (www.awanakancha.com). Then you will visit Pisaq ruins and the famous Indian Market. Continue along the valley to stop for a buffet lunch before visiting Ollantaytambo ruins. Overnight in Ollantaytambo.

Day 03 - Ollantaytambo-Machu Picchu-Cuzco (B, L)

Walking transfer to the station (200 meters) to board the train to Machu Picchu, “The Lost City of the Incas”. Arrival and transfer from Aguas Calientes station to the archaeological site by bus (40 min) for a guided tour. Bus down to the village to have a buffet lunch before taking the train back to Poroy station. Transfer to your hotel in Cuzco.

Day 04 - Cuzco/Puerto Maldonado (B)

Transfer to the airport to take your flight.

CUZCO 4 Nights Day 01 - Cuzco

Arrival and transfer to hotel.

Day 02 - Cuzco-Sacred Valley-Ollantaytambo (B,L)

Day 04 - Machu Picchu-Cuzco (B, L)

Option to make your own way up to the ruins to take another walk; hike up the Huayna Picchu mountain or walk around the village before having a buffet lunch. Mid-afternoon return to the station for your scenic train trip back to Cuzco. On arrival you will be transferred to your hotel. Day 05 - Cuzco/Puerto Maldonado (B)
