Voltage optimisation is recognised
as a very effective means of saving energy for businesses. Energy suppliers consciously produce ‘over voltage’ which results in businesses taking more supply than is needed to effectively run their lighting, computers and machinery. By lowering the voltage coming into your meter(s) to the lower end of the statutory range voltage optimisation technology provides businesses with savings of approximately 13% per annum. Additionally by operating machinery, computers and lighting closer to the ‘sweet spot’ set for the equipment the actual devices can last up to 25% longer thereby reducing costs further.
