TimeTarget is a market leading Workforce Management, Time and Attendance and

Rostering solution. It allows you to streamline and automate your processes to reduce your costs and eliminate time consuming and error prone manual activities. It is a robust and easy to use solution with many unique features that are all designed to enable you to focus on your core business.

CONSOLIDATION AND CENTRALISATION

TimeTarget consolidates all your Workforce Management requirements in one fully integrated, easy to use system that includes Workforce Planning, Time and Attendance, Employee Availability, Leave Management, Rostering, Task Management, Internal

Communication, Award Interpretation, Payroll Integration, Budgeting and Business Analysis. TimeTarget consolidates all your employee data from multiple geographically dispersed locations in one central, easy to access and manage system.

AUTOMATION AND COST REDUCTION

The TimeTarget modules are fully integrated, meaning any changes made in one are immediately reflected in the others. This happens automatically without the need to transfer data from one screen to another, or refresh the screens each time a change is made. It also means that the information displayed is always up to date, e.g. employee availability. This reduces potential errors such as assigning employees to shifts they’re not available for.

TimeTarget’s powerful, flexible and fully configurable Award Interpreter calculates labour costs in real time and automatically generates all the data required for payroll processing, without requiring any manual intervention. It can handle any combination of awards and allowances and is expertly configured by our consultants during implementation to meet your specific business requirements. This results in a consistently fast, reliable and error free payroll process and removes the need for your administrators to have an in depth knowledge of the awards.

TimeTarget reduces your processing time and eliminates error prone manual processes by digitising, streamlining and automating Workforce Management functions, such as timesheet data entry, leave management and award interpretation.

We offer multiple clock in/out options that eliminate “time theft” and improve the efficiency and accuracy of your time capture data. Employees can use passwords, pin codes, finger vein or finger print scanners, swipe cards or facial recognition. We recommend using finger vein scanners as these cutting edge biometric devices allow employees to be recognised and authenticated instantly, without needing to remember passwords or pin codes. They’re also not susceptible to skin conditions that may affect finger print scanners, such as dirty fingers, cuts or extended immersion in water.

TimeTarget integrates seamlessly with HRIS and payroll systems enabling data to be shared easily, without messy manual data transfers or duplication of effort.

STAFF MANAGEMENT

TimeTarget offers multiple self service (ESS/MSS) solutions to cater to different client needs. These include an onsite Kiosk, Zeus online ESS/MSS and Mobile Solution. TimeTarget’s highly responsive Mobile Solution is ideal for remote management and mobile workforces, as it enables managers and employees to perform all their tasks on the go using their smartphones and tablets. Depending on access level, managers can also perform their manager tasks in the TimeTarget BackOffice.

Enabling managers and employees to perform their Workforce Management tasks using any of TimeTarget’s paper free self service (ESS/MSS) solutions empowers them and frees up your HR and administration staff, so they can be more productively utilised elsewhere.

TimeTarget improves staff management, productivity and utilisation by providing easy to use tools that streamline and automate Time and Attendance, Employee Availability, Leave Management and Rostering functions. These include:

Giving employees greater visibility to their timesheets, rosters, availability and leave balances.

Enabling employees to easily notify their managers of their availability, work preferences and leave requirements.

Enabling managers to easily view their employees’ availability, authorise timesheets and approve leave requests.

Providing extensive tools for streamlining and simplifying the rostering process including reusing previous rosters, creating or importing roster templates, shift bidding and an auto fill functionality that enables “best fit” candidates to be automatically assigned to shifts they’re available and qualified for. TimeTarget also includes a market leading Event Planner that integrates with event management systems, such as EBMS, and is an ideal solution for rostering high volumes of staff for large events.

Providing rostering alerts when certain conditions are invoked, such as overtime, penalties or a lack of appropriately qualified staff being assigned to a shift.

Providing managers with real time labour cost forecasts to enable them to make sound business decisions during rostering about how many employees to assign, which employees to assign and when to assign them.

Enabling managers to easily view and report on all aspects of employee attendance and performance such as early/late starts, “no shows” and shifts worked.

TimeTarget improves internal communication by providing managers and employees with effective internal communication channels, such as messages that display at clock in, SMS and email notifications.

TimeTarget provides a market leading Key Performance Indicator (KPI) tool that enables you to analyse the performance of any area of your business using whatever parameters you nominate and import any external numerical data to use for comparison.
