IMPLEMENTATION
Whether you’re already a Moodle expert or new to e-learning, we’re here to make sure your site is configured to meet your needs. There are a few different implementation package options for you to choose from. Some of you may be more experienced with Moodle and Moodlerooms, while others need more guidance; either way, there’s a package that’s right for you.
QUICKSTART IMPLEMENTATION PACKAGE
If you consider yourself a Moodle expert, this is the package for you. We will help you get your site up and running and introduce you to Moodlerooms specific features, so you can configure the most commonly requested and used Moodlerooms capabilities.
FOUNDATIONS IMPLEMENTATION PACKAGE
The foundations implementation package will give you access to resources and training to help you configure valuable Moodlerooms components, integrations and a fully branded site. You’ll have several specialised guidance sessions and two Q&A sessions with a Moodlerooms implementation expert to answer any questions you may have as you configure your site.
SMARTSTART IMPLEMENTATION PACKAGE
Our SmartStart implementation package provides you with resources, training and personal guidance you need so you can deploy a comprehensive, integrated and branded Moodlerooms site. This level of implementation provides several specialised guidance sessions (two of which are on topics of your choice) and three Q&A sessions.
ENTERPRISE IMPLEMENTATION PACKAGE
This package is for complex projects and is highly consultative. We’ll provide resources; training and personal guidance to make sure your site is successfully deployed. You’ll receive two face-to-face meetings, several specialised guidance sessions (two of which are on topics of your choice) and three Q&A sessions so you feel confident and can configure the best site possible.

COURSE CONVERSION
We know that you might have existing courses and content from previous online learning systems; good thing we have expertise in course conversion and migration.
When converting your courses, you can choose from a few conversion formats, including self-conversion and batch self-conversions. After all, we want you to do what’s best for you.
BATCH CONVERSION SERVICES
So, if you’re the type that has the instructional design side of things covered but might need some extra hands on deck for the actual conversion process, we can perform batch conversions for you or work with your team to convert just a select number of courses. Then, your team can focus on quality assurance and clean up. If you’re coming from Blackboard CE or Vista, this is the option for you.
CUSTOMISATION
We have the ability to extend your Moodlerooms instance to meet your unique requirements, as long as it’s a safe move for the health of your site. We welcome customisation requests, but they must go through a customisation review process before they are accepted. We want to make sure what you’re requesting is realistic and healthy for your site.

Initial Discovery Stage – Our expert customisation consultants work with you to evaluate your needs to provide an initial Vision and Scope (V&S) for the project. Specification Stage – We build the V&S into a specifications document to guide development, testing and documentation.
Development Stage – We’ll provide progress reports and ongoing status meetings while
development work is being done. This way, we know the project remains on track with what you’re looking for.
Testing Stage – We apply a formal quality assurance (QA) process, including automated unit testing and use case testing. We can also work with your own QA staff to provide multi-stage QA and user acceptance testing reports.
Documentation Stage – We build clear "how-to" guides for the new tools we build.
Release Stage – We manage releases of the custom, tested code so the client knows what version of both Moodle and custom tools their users are on. After the custom tools have been released, we provide ongoing code maintenance and technical support services.
