Russell Westco  is a veteran Canadian‐based real estate investor,  

educator and researcher.  He is the Vice President of the Real Estate  

Investment Network. Russell has authored and co‐authored two books, 97 

Tips for Canadian Real Estate Investors and  

Real Estate Joint Ventures.

 A lawyer for more than 40 years, Barry's prac ce emphasizes investment real 

estate. He is senior counsel at RMLO LLP in Edmonton, Alberta and the co‐

author of the na onal best‐seller, '97 Tips For Canadian Real Estate      

Investors'.    

He has been extensively involved with the Alberta Real Estate Associa on in       

preparing and teaching credit courses for real estate agents. The Law Society 

of Alberta has also enjoyed Barry's help in teaching courses to ar cling      

students in the bar admission program.

Behind every great man there stands a great woman. And while Barry is       

taking care of his legal business, Donna manages the educa onal area. Donna 

produces both home study workbooks with audio, and live, interac ve Focus 

Workshops.    

Donna’s background in real estate brings valuable insights into the      

educa onal programs. She is able to take complicated legal concepts and

AFS (Agreements for Sale) and 25 RTO’s (Rent‐to‐Own), 8 all‐cash deals, with 

a property value of $8 Million and a profit of $20,000‐$40,000 per deal.

While many people “start” RTO deals, Sherilynn closes them and makes      

serious profits. With a $7 Million property value, Sherilynn is currently closing

enabled him to grow and maintain a large investment por olio and propelled 

him to write two bestsellers on real estate inves ng. He has educated       

hundreds of investors in his own series of seminars.

Denise and her husband started inves ng in real estate in 2010, with the       

acquisi on of a single family home which they successfully converted into a 

duplex property. She became ac ve and very successful in the rent‐to‐own
