Total area: 4,500 square meters (Brama Portowa I), 8,000 square meters (Brama Portowa II)

A modern office complex with two independent buildings in the center of Szczecin, at Brama Portowa square. The project has been implemented complete with ecological solutions enabling application for LEED certification. In accordance with the rules of sustainable construction, the project is unique with innovative water and energy saving systems, optimal access for sunlight, waste degradation, and roofing providing protection against the “heat island effect”, and bicycle parking spaces for the lessees.

Both buildings form 1st stage of the Business Garden complex. They house office space, a business hotel as well as conference center and restaurants. The construction involved the application of modern design and technical solutions compliant with the principles of sustainable construction. A LEED certificate has been applied for in relation to B2 office building.

The Tulipan House stands out as a unique architectural work - the building having been designed on the plan of a flower and providing the optimal amount of natural light with a 14 m glass atrium giving the building its thoroughly modern look.

A modern nine-storey building of the new Stock Exchange Center in Warsaw. Its architectural assets allow the building to seamlessly integrate with the surrounding urban landscape. Another assets of the project are state-of-the-art interior design and location right in the middle of the city.

Eight-storey office building has been designed as two separate parts A and B. Precious materials have been selected for the exterior façade, where white and light-yellow sandstone is dominant. Statues preserved from ex-censorship building and placed now in the main corridor on the ground floor are an interesting interior element.

The Rondo 1 is one of the most well-known building in Warsaw, distinctive because of its: modernistic architecture, cutting-edge technology, top notch standards and a prestigious location. The building Rondo 1 is the first office building in Europe which has been awarded the certificate LEED Gold in the category "existing building". The office project Rondo 1 consists of two elements: 40-storey skyscraper with ca. 58,000 square meters office area and 10-storey building offering retail rooms and car park places. Both structures are connected by a 14 m high, glass space called „winter garden” accessible to the wider public.

The object consists of three independent seven-storey buildings located within a pentagonal shape, hence the nickname of the building, which is often called “the Warsaw Pentagon”. The Metropolitan was the first AAA-class object in Poland and the only one such object in Central Europe. It has been designed

The organisation of the entire development process of the Villa Poema project was carried out by HOCHTIEF Polska. The scope of works included a construction of five-storey building with 42 apartments. The intimate nature of the object, the greenery in the immediate area, proximity to the city center and the shopping center as well as the specific

atmosphere of Zoliborz are the main features of the Villa Poema project. The building has a total usable area of 2,690 square meters and has apartments with floor areas ranging from 39 to 92 square meters.

The Kalinowe Estate was built in close proximity to green landscapes, the project envisages solutions combined with the natural surrounding: wooden elevation panels, blinds made of Siberian Larch, exterior window trims in harmony with the wooden elevation elements and sunken waste containers.

The scope of works included construction of the central pier and completing the construction of the southern pier of terminal as well as five gates and five lifts.

The construction site had the area of 44 ha

The Deepwater container terminal in Gdańsk North Harbour is the first within the Baltic Sea to have the capability to service most post-Panamax container vessels with regards to access, depth of water, quay facilities and equipment. The terminal was built on an artificially formed solid pier measuring 800 m where two container reloading stations were built:

– the first section of the quay is 385 m long and the water depth at it is 16,5 m

– the other section is 265 m long and has 13,5 m water depth. This section is additionally ended with a ramp for Ro-Ro ship handling.

The project also included the construction of transport routes and a railway line, each 2 km in length as well as an office building with ca. 3,000 square meters of usable area and Cargo Freight Station with total area amounts to 7,500 square meters.

The new terminal hall includes three usable above-ground storeys, as well as a technical storey, an entresol and an underground storey. With above 9,000 square meters of the designed base area, the terminal has a total area of 28,000 square meters.

Expansion of the Eugeniusz Geppert Academy of Fine Arts in Wrocław

Area: 13,000 square meters

The new building located at the junction of Traugutta and Krasińskiego streets houses the Center of Practical Art and the Innovation Center. With the attic level as high as 25 m above the ground, it has four storeys and one underground floor. It also includes a small-sized glass mill dedicated for the exclusive use of the Academy’s students.

The modern building for the Kraków Opera was created as reconstruction of the former manège, which was enhanced by a new structure on its backyard. The entire complex consists of three integrated parts: administration & technical building, main opera house with seats, stage and audience zones, and commercial building with box-office lobby, space for lease and restaurants.

Capability: 16 000 football fans

The facility meets the highest security standards and UEFA requirements for class 3 stadi-ums. All the stands of the new football stadium are covered. Within the contract frame new technical and sanitary facilities, changing rooms and a VIP zone were constructed. To  ensure continuity of football matches during most of the coming seasons the  construction of the new stadium was accomplished in stages. The new stadium was introduced into the partly preserved and existing banks of the current stands.

The Aula Nova is often called a musical landmark of Poznan. The building is also a perfect venue for cultural and artistic events for the Music Academy as well as for the entire region of Wielkopolska. The building meets the highest acoustic standards and holds around 540 people.

The four-storey object is the seat of the Supreme Court as well as the Appellation Court. With its characteristic design and symbolic form, the building has become one of the new architectural landmarks of the capital of Poland.

Building of a modern hotel in monumental surroundings of the old city required a skilful adjustment of the architecture of the building to the existing building frontage of 19th century Podgórze. Thanks to the architectonic solutions applied, the structure has been perfectly adjusted to the existing urban arrangement of the surroundings, maintaining the historical character of the city.

As a result of disassembly of the central part of an existing roof and construction of the new one was developed a multi-purpose amphitheatre conference room for around 2,000 people. Owing to mobile walls and telescopic auditorium areas, the building became more functional.

Simply and elegance commercial hall of the House and Garden Department of Leroy Merlin is one of the several projects constructed by HOCHTIEF Polska for the distributor of building and finishing materials. Another projects were

implemented in Bielsko-Biała, Żory, Gliwice, Krasne near Rzeszów, Poczesna, Mikołów, Nowa Wieś near Częstochowa and in Katowice.

Nineteenth-century buildings of Hugger’s Brewery in the center of Poznań was adapted as a commercial center and an office park. The second construction stage included an expansion of the complex by adding a new office and commercial building.

The project consists of a two-storey building of an area exceeding 49,000 square meters and a 1,400-vehicle car park. The Futura commercial park provides space for small and medium-sized shops and an outlet center. Futura is the first project executed by HOCHTIEF Polska according to demands of BREEAM. The building got the certificate BREEAM with rating of very good in 2012.

The float glass factory is one of the key projects in the Łódź Economic Zone. The factory has the world's largest glass production furnace with an efficiency of 1,000 tonnes of glass per day and the longest glasswork production line in Poland. To minimise its environmental footprint, the plant leverages the most advanced equipment and procedures.

Area: ca. 5,000 square meters

In addition to the sorting hall and its auxiliary facilities, the project also includes construction of roads, vehicle manoeuvre areas and car parks. The plant has an annual sorting capacity of about 150,000 tonnes.
