A small data collector with great performances: XPocket (Mobile Data Collector) is the pocketsize terminal that opens new frontiers in data collection, as well as time and attendance. It meets all requirements of companies and institutions, which want to manage the activity control for personnel working in or out of the main company.

XPocket is the finest solution for data collecting and mobile communication applications, easy to use and reliable.

The identification system for operators, working sites and performed activities, reads the code on a simple and economic TAG RFID (proximity transponder, which can replace the card, label or plastic disk):

• XPocket uses RFID technology, reads and stores data regarding production, attendance and the contents of the badge/tag;

• once stored, data can be downloaded on a PC or organizer via USB or Bluetooth or on the latest generation mobile phones, equipped with Bluetooth interface;

• at this point, the collected data can be transferred to the main server through LAN or GPRS. Moreover, XPocket has an ergonomic and simple line. It fits in the palm of one hand and has an anti-shock system: these features make it suitable to any working environment, from the most comfortable to the most hostile.

The system determines the number of worked hours per employee and assigns them

construc-tion site or cost center);

• activity schedule management;

• manual modification of Work Flow Timesheet data;

• recognizing the clocking location (attendance tables considering the terminal position

and/or employees’ justifications);

• daily manual corrections (by quality and/or percentage)
