This course will help individuals understand the disciplines and processes that help service management staff to deliver and support quality products and services to both internal and external customers. Oracle Java Programmer

Java is the foundation for virtually every type of networked application and is the global standard for developing and delivering mobile applications (Java is the pro-gramming language used to build applications in Android), games, web-based con-tent and enterprise software. This course covers core Application Programming in-terfaces used to design object-oriented applications with Java, as well as insight into Java applications such as those that manipulate files, directories and file sys-tems. Agile Software Development

Scrum is an Agile framework for completing complex projects. Scrum originally was formalised for software development projects, but it works well for any complex, innovative scope of work. Certified ScrumMasters® help project teams properly use Scrum, increasing the likelihood of the project's overall success.
