The experience and know-how acqui-red in the planning, realisation and monitoring of outsourcing services allow the company to study Integrated Facility Management solutions up to:

In the field of engineering services, Centostazioni is a reliable partner in the development of “turnkey” solutions able to satisfy the most demanding clients, involving:

backlit display units located at points of maximum transit.

- Totem (60x190) - Giga Totem (120x335): two-sided structures, located in the ticket desk areas. - UniCUBE (210x275; 152x200): cubes in Uni3D format for multi-subject

creativity and highly spectacular communication.

- Decor Station: completely customized individual stations with various types of locations and systems.

- Ambient: different size formats located in the main transit areas (entrance halls, ticket desks, commercial areas, underways, platforms).

- Urban Trendy: medium sized formats outside the main stations in Milan. - Business: locations of high prestige and effectiveness in the areas providing

access to High Speed trains.

• Digital Signage

A network of 1,200 LCD screens with audio, connected via satellite to single

source programming or scheduled for regional communication.

Commercials daily aired for 19 hours (from 5 a.m. to 12 p.m.) are synchronised

over all screens in the national network and run frequently to maximise

message efficiency.

Commercial Leases

1 Contracts - Centostazioni mainly draws up lease contracts for the commercial use of

spaces. The standard commercial agreement is based on payment of a guaranteed minimum, plus an additional royalty on turnover. Fixed amounts are scheduled for certain types of businesses.

2 Duration - Centostazioni signs standard contracts with a six-year duration, renewable

according to law; shorter contracts are scheduled for specific types of activities with a more transitory nature.

3 Building maintenance services and shared costs - The contract holders are

required to carry out any maintenance service necessary to keep the premises in a good state of repair and ensure their upkeeping and sanitation. Payment of a share in the expenses relating to maintenance and the supply of services regarding shared areas is also scheduled.

4 Licenses and authorisations - The partner is required to obtain autonomously the

necessary authorisations to run the business at the station.

5 Quality and Customer Satisfaction - The commercial activities conducted and

services provided in the station must ensure high quality standards for the uttermost satisfaction of the final customer.

6 Opening hours - The commercial activities provided in the station can profit by

extended opening hours and stay open 365 days a year.

7 Assessment and selection of commercial partners - Centostazioni selects its

commercial partners through a system of comparative assessment by using the following parameters: economic and financial solidity of the project, commercial know-how of the partner, manner and criteria used to set up and manage the commercial area and economic offer. This opportunity is open to all commercial retailers, both entrepreneurs, companies and affiliates of franchising chains.
