The Windows10 have been utilized to set only when the IE is not displayed.

Microsoft Edge Internet Explorer

1.Click the Windows mark at the bottom left of the screen.

2.Click on the All apps , click the Internet Explorer in the Windows Accessories.

 For all versions, always save file as "Excel97-2003 Workbook "(*.xls) format.

 For Excel2010/2013, a [Compatibility Check] window will pop-up. Click [Continue]

to save the file.
