Overview

For two decades, Harry D. Jones has advised and defended employers in a range of employment law issues with

extensive experience in employment litigation. As lead trial and arbitration counsel dozens of times, he has an impressive record of success in cases involving discrimination, harassment and retaliation. He has led the national class action defense of wage and hour cases; and has aggressively protected business interests from unfair competition. Harry also has expertise in Texas Workers’ Compensation issues, including benefits claims disputes. He frequently works with:

Additionally, Harry has led more than 50 high-profile investigations on behalf of school districts, cities, colleges, and private institutions. He also provides day-to-day advice to human resources professionals on hiring, training, pay, discipline, and termination.

Harry was a published editor of the Texas Tech Law Review, a Regents Scholar and a National Merit Scholar.
