eSynergy Solutions specialise in Big Data within the Cloud. We are substantially
experienced in fulfilling Big Data requirements within an organisation to help clarify and utilize the information available to them. Typically, our intelligent associates will work with large volumes of both structured and unstructured data that at times can prove difficult to process using traditional database and software technologies.

Cloud and Big Data Architect – The use of Big Data is the collection of data
sets so large and complex that it becomes difficult to process using on-hand database management tools or traditional data processing applications. We have vast experience in the provision of skilled associates to implement a combination of business and technical education in order to create focused cloud computing environments that transform enterprise information technology to make this data useable.
Cloud and Big Data Developers – We are able to provide skilled developers to
design scalable, extensible, maintainable and testable environments. This may include building systems, libraries and frameworks within and around the Hadoop stack. We are experienced in designing and implementing MapReduce jobs to support distributed data processing as well as processing large data sets utilizing Hadoop clusters.
Data Scientist – eSynergy is able to provide Data Scientists who will not just
address business problems, but will highlight significant problems that are of most importance to the organization. Our Data Scientists will address data from multiple sources, such as energy or financial, in order to gather insight to gain a business advantage or resolve a priority business issue.

Service Management
We are experienced in working in partnership with clients, on-site, to achieve work deliverables within agreed timeframes. Whilst we are not ISO27001 accredited as a company, we are able to provide resources that are familiar with implementing and ensuring compliance within ISO27001 standards.
Orders and Invoicing
eSynergy Solutions have a financial and payments team that complete all ordering, invoicing and administration. We are experienced in the processing of invoices within Government and Public Sector, therefore orders received through G-Cloud IV
framework would be handled in accordance with the terms set out by the framework agreement.
Once the requirements of the client have been established, we agree and implement a contract. Alongside the agreement of the contract, we require a Purchase Order in preparation for invoicing of the agreed services. We are fully prepared to complete contract and screening process within 24 hours if services are required to start immediately (commencement date for services to be agreed with client). Our payment cycles are 30 days and rely in the submission of monthly timesheets from consultants delivering the services to allow eSynergy Solutions’ to invoice the client.
Target Impact Level (IL)
This service does not hold formal accreditation, however our estimated IL for this service is IL4 (Confidential). We have experience in placing both SC and DV cleared associates to work within a variety of Government and Public sector projects at this level.
On Boarding and Off Boarding Process
We provide full On boarding and Off boarding services including reference checking and security checks where required.
Service Levels and Constraints
Our services are flexible and we can provide skills on-site within 24-48 hours depending on the technical needs of agreed deliverables. The services we provide can be fully adapted and customised for the needs of the client. Consultant performance is regularly monitored and we may provide a lead Consultant for internal day to day management.
Financial Recompense
If our service levels are not met or adhered to, customers shall refer to the

To ensure that both supplier and customer understand the deliverables of the service, the needs of the client would be discussed and settled before the contract start date.
Technical Requirements and Training
eSynergy Solutions provide resource at a variety of skill levels and therefore we are able to work with all existing technologies, systems and procedures depending on the needs of the client. The function of training is not a formal requirement for consultancy services. However, our trained associates offer full knowledge transfer and training to client on-site staff in relation to the project and agreed deliverables.
