• Enroll in Online Banking • Advanced Authentication • Logging In

1. Choose Personal Account from the Account Log In drop-down menu on our home page to be directed to the Log In page.

2. Click the Sign-Up link to begin the enrollment process.

3. Use the Continue button on the bottom of each page to navigate through the steps. Please read all of the information carefully. 4. You’ll be asked to read and agree to our Online Banking Agreement. 5. Provide the required personal information so we may configure your

account profile.

6. Choose a User ID and Password, being sure they follow the character guidelines provided. Be sure to remember your Log In information. 7. If your enrollment is successful, then continue on to access your

accounts online. If your enrollment is unsuccessful, please call 1-800-680-1601 then press Option 6 for assistance.

Getting started using Online Banking is an easy process that you can quickly complete yourself. To begin, go to our website www.renasantbank.com.

At Renasant Bank, we take the safety and security of your personal information very seriously. As part of our ongoing efforts to employ the latest internet security technology, we have incorporated Advanced Authentication into our Online Banking service.

If you Log In to Online Banking from a new computer or location, you may be asked to validate your information through a one-time security code via a phone call or text message. If a phone is not available, you will be asked to answer a series of questions to validate your identity. The process is known as Advanced Authentication and will help protect your information.

You’re Logged In...

At first Log In, you will be required to change your password. Renasant Bank

recommends that you periodically change your password as well as anytime you believe your password has been compromised.

Use the Accounts menu options to manage all the details of your finances. • Review transaction detailed

history of all your accounts • Access eStatements

• Save transaction history for your records or use in personal financial software

• Create customized reports

Once the enrollment process is completed, you have access to a power-ful tool to help manage your finances. Online Banking not only allows you to check account balances and transaction history but also make transfers, schedule alerts and more. You can even pay bills online!

Features:

Accounts - View transactions, eStatements and history. Transfers - Set up one-time or recurring funds transfers.

Make Payments - Add payees, set up one-time or scheduled payments.

Note: Do not use browser buttons (back and forward buttons) to navigate within the system.

The Pay and Transfer menu options give you access to bill payments and fund transfers.

Monitor Your Status with

Alerts

With Online Banking, you can have an email sent to you every time your account reaches a specified limit, when a specific check clears or when a payment is coming due. The Alerts feature will help you stay up-to-date with your finances. To begin, click Customer Service in the navigation menu, then under Contact Options select Manage Alerts.

Quick Steps:

Simplify Your Finances with

eStatements

When changing an account to eStatements, your statement cycle remains unchanged.

1. Once logged in to Online Banking, click the Accounts Tab then Statements

2. An eStatement agreement will be presented for you to read and accept 3. Select the account(s) you wish to stop receiving paper statements and

change to eStatement delivery

• Retrieve statements while away from home

• Print statements; or save to a PDF file, hard drive or CD

• Receiving statements electronically is safer than paper statements through the mail • Periodically store statements to a CD for archival purposes • Up to 18 months of past eStatements available
