Outlook Web Access (OWA)
To access your Outlook/Exchange email account only:
Using the Internet Explorer Web Browser (Version 5.5 or higher) type the following in the address bar:
https://yourremoteaccessdomain/exchange (You will be provided with the exact URL
during system setup)
You can make this a favorite and add a shortcut to your desktop.
Hit enter or click go, you should then get a “Security Alert” window regarding the Private SSL Certificate; Click “Continue to this website”.
Enter your Domain\ user name and Password Client Tab:
If you are on a high speed internet connection (Cable/DSL, etc) choose the Premium Option. If you are using a dialup connection choose the basic option.
Security:
Choose the appropriate option.

Remote Web Workplace (RWW)
The Remote Web Workplace allows remote access to a user’s local desktop computer as well as access to email.
You must know the name of your computer to connect (Name is printed on a White Sticker on top of the computers)
