A: Children’s packages are available at $25++ per child (includes chicken fingers, fries, salad and wedding cake). Vendor meals are available at $40++ per vendor (includes salad and entrée).
Q: How long can we be in the space?
A: Our Standard Wedding Packages are a total of 5 hours (excluding the ceremony). To add a 6th hour of event time, the room rental fee is $500+. Start times are flexible based on availability, however all events must end by 1:00AM at the latest.
Q: What is the standard practice/timing for open bar?
A: We close the bar for 30 minutes after the cocktail hour to allow time for introductions, champagne toast, etc. The bar then opens for 3 (or 4) additional hours, and closes for last call 30 minutes prior to the end of your event. The longest the bar can be open is a total of 5 hours. Hotel’s Liquor License requires that only Hotel supplies alcoholic beverages and that only Hotel employees dispense alcoholic beverages. Alcohol will be denied to those guests who appear to be intoxicated or who are under 21 years of age. Hotel will refuse service to guests without legal identification. Service is limited to (2) drinks per person at a time.
