Set-Up Instructions
** Before you begin, be sure you have these items completed. Otherwise you may run into problems installing or configuring your dialer set- up. ** DO NOT attempt to skip ahead at any time as this may cause issues in your set up process. Thank you!
1. Plug in your USB head-set and install any software that may have come with your USB head-set. You may be prompted to restart the
computer afterwards. If so, save all your work before continuing with the restart.
2. Once the head-set is installed and ready to use, make sure it is working properly. You can test this by playing a song or movie to test the
sound. Also if you have an in-line volume control (located on the head-set cord) make sure it is turned up and not on “Mute”.
3. Make sure you have a good internet connection. If you are on a secured network (Like in an office or corporate environment) be sure to
check with your IT personal for compatibility and network access. If you are unsure, or need assistance we can arrange a meeting with our Technical Support Team.
4. You can check these settings by navigating to your Operating Systems “Sound” options. If you are unsure about this step consult your IT
professional or our Technical Support Team.

DO NOT continue until your computer and head-set is configured.
Step 1: Download & Install
1. The first step in the process
is to download the Magna-Fone Installer.
2. The Magna-Fone can be
downloaded by clicking this link directly:

3. Double click on “Magnalogix Installer” to install the
software. If a box pops up
saying you need “.net framework 3.5” Click here
to download the required framework and run the framework installer before moving on.
4. Click “Next”
5. On this screen input your serial key. Your serial key
would have been sent to you VIA email. Contact support if you do not have your serial key.
Step 2 : Installation Cont.
7. Select the folder where you
wish Magna-Fone to install to. If unsure, press “Next”
8. Confirm the install by pressing
“Next”
9. If a box pops up asking to
“Allow Changes” select “Yes”
10. Magna-Fone will now verify
your serial key and setup your Magna-Fone for you.
11. Installation will complete and
Firefox will open to the Agent Login page.
12. Click “Finish” to complete the
Step - 4 : Agent Login
*** Now that you have completed the X-Lite set up, you will need to test and make sure your dialer is working. You will need to log in to the agent interface by following these steps below:
1. Open/Run Firefox Web-browser 2. In the address bar you will need to go
to “agent.magnaleads.com”
3. At this screen you will need to input
your User name, followed by the password.
4. When you hit the “Log In” button you
will be sent an incoming call to your Magna-Fone. This will be
displayed in the lower left of your screen, you MUST answer the call.
5. Once you accept the Incoming call you will see a screen that looks like this one shown here.

6. Once the incoming call
Is answered you are now Online with the system.
7. The system should now say
“Select” under agent status.
8. If agent stats says “Dead”
Agent Interface Overview
*** This is the agent’s dialer controls. From here you can to do several things and get started dialing.
1. You will need to select your campaign with the drop down box. Next you will need to click “Enter Campaign” 2. Your status should show “Paused”. When you are ready you click the “Resume” button.
3. Once you resume dialing your status will show “Ready”. Should you at any time need to stop you can click the “Pause”
button to stop dialing.
4. Once you are done dialing you need exit by clicking the “Logout” button located in the top right corner.

Agent Interface Overview
*** Welcome to the Agent Interface overview. Here you can see all the controls and feature for the Magnalogix Hosted Dialer.
Starting with the Agent Controls this is where you will control the dialer. These features include:
• Enter Campaign – to start the campaign selected.
• Exit Campaign – to exit the current campaign.
• Pause/Resume – This where you stop and start the dialer.
• Transfer – This feature is used to make a live transfer to a third party or conference in a third person.

*** This is the Call Controls. This includes the Manual Dial feature and the Callback feature. This is where you can follow up with Callbacks, or make a manual call if necessary.
• Callbacks – This pulls up a window with all the available Callbacks. Press “refresh” to see the available callbacks.
• Manual Dial – This will pull up a small window to make a manual call. *** Next is the Main window of the dialer. There are three tabs all which have specific information regarding the Campaign, lead Information and Scripts.
• Here we can see the Campaign Info. This shows statistics for the
particular campaign you are dialing from. Keep in mind these figures are not always real-time.

• The next tab is the Lead Info tab. You can view our current customer info. This information is populated once a live person has been contacted. You can also leave notes regarding the call or update the current lead

*** The last tab is the Script tab. This is where you can view a custom script for engaging the conversation with the current client. It is not displayed when there are no active calls. Once a call is connected to you, the script is generated instantly with the appropriate info from the lead.
