INTRODUCTION

The American Society for Reproductive Medicine is a voluntary non-profit organization consisting of more than 8,000 members devoted to advancing knowledge and expertise in reproductive medicine including infertility, menopause, and sexuality.

The Society is multidisciplinary, with members in a variety of fields and includes andrologists,

gynecologists, urologists, reproductive endocrinologists, embryologists, genetic health counselors, mental health professionals, internists, nurses, practice administrators, laboratory technologists, pediatricians and research scientists.

Sunday Gala Reception following ASRM Opening Ceremony

Make a strong, favorable first impression with more than 5,000 ASRM Annual Meeting delegates during the opening reception networking event and ice-breaker at a popular Atlanta destination. The Sunday Gala Reception is an excellent opportunity for attendees to meet and connect. Supporter may receive recognition on Gala Reception signage, as well as receive acknowledgement during the Opening Ceremony. Supporter will also be acknowledged in the ASRM Final Program.

President’s Dinner

Pricing options available. Co-support available.

Held on a designated night during the ASRM Annual Meeting, the President’s Dinner honors the premier leaders of ASRM. Underwriter receives recognition on signage and may attend.

Poster Breakfast $30,000* Per Day

Presenters and attendees have the opportunity to network and discuss various posters during

continental breakfast held on both Tuesday and Wednesday mornings. Underwriter may provide cups, napkins and is recognized on signage throughout Poster Session.

Satellite Events

Satellite Events are those unofficial activities not supported by ASRM. These include, but are not limited to, social events, dinners, press conferences, media events such as video news releases, product

announcements, focus group discussions and educational activities during unrestricted times and dates. These activities/events may be provided in any of the ASRM hotel block or any location in the city in which ASRM is hosting its Annual Meeting between October 21-29, 2010. Satellite Events may not include fund raising activities on behalf of the sponsoring organization, any other organization (except on behalf of ASRM with prior written approval) or cause.

For pricing options and additional information, please refer to the Satellite Event Application. Exhibiting companies that desire to host an event or a hospitality suite must complete the Satellite Event

Application.

Product Theater $25,000

Forty-minute sessions occurring four times daily from the exhibit floor of the ASRM Annual Meeting. One session will be held during the morning break (10:30 a.m.-11:10 a.m.), two sessions will be held during the lunch break (1:00 p.m.-1:40 p.m., 2:00 p.m.-2:40 p.m.), and one session will be held during the afternoon break (3:30 p.m.-4:10 p.m.) on Monday and Tuesday of the ASRM Annual Meeting. One session will also be held during the morning break (10:30 a.m.-11:10 a.m.) on Wednesday. Sessions are not CME accredited and will offer exhibitors a forum in which to gather and discuss issues, specific products and therapeutic areas. Exhibitors may provide information on a subject of their choice, while showcasing products and services in their product market.

Items provided in support fee: Location on exhibit floor to hold 100 attendees or less; LCD data projection;

AV technician; rear screen projection; PA system and audience generation through ASRM Door Drop, signage and announcement in ASRM Final Program and ASRM Daily News.

Inaugural ASRM 5K “Run for Reproductive Health” $5,000 - $25,000 (Multi-levels of Support) Co-support available.

For the first time in its Annual Meeting history, ASRM will be providing a 5K “Run for Reproductive Medicine” on Monday morning prior to the meeting. The race will be open to all ASRM attendees and exhibitors and will benefit ASRM’s “Write the Next Chapter” program, which supports ASRM’s programs in Education, Research and Advocacy. We encourage you to team up with ASRM’s Fund Development department as an official supporter of this race. Supporters will receive recognition on t-shirts, banners and literature promoting the 5K “Run for Reproductive Health”. Supporter may also place literature or an item in the runners’ giveaway bags.

VENUES & LOCATIONS

Message Center/Cyber Café (E-Mail Stations) $30,000

ASRM offers computer stations located in a prominent location within the lobby, available for attendees to access the internet and connect with various attendees and colleagues. Supporter may provide logo for screensaver, mousepads, pens/paper, and will be recognized on signage at location.

Video Program $15,000

ASRM attendees have the opportunity to view the latest techniques and procedures each day during the ASRM Annual Meeting. Supporter is acknowledged on signage and in ASRM Final Program.

ASRM Luggage Station $10,000*

Support on-site Luggage Check-In at the ASRM Annual Meeting. Supporter may also provide amenities to attendees utilizing the Luggage Center.

Coffee Breaks $7,500 Co-Support is Available

Available twice a day during the Annual Meeting, the coffee and refreshment breaks allow attendees a moment to network during post-graduate courses and exhibit hours. Supporter will be recognized via signage at the break and may also provide coffee cups and napkins.

PARTICIPANT AMENITIES

ASRM Abstracts2View/Abstracts on Disc $10,000*

Support fee is in addition to cost of producing Abstracts on discs and/or online.

Abstracts2View is a much needed planning tool for registrants to see the 2010 Abstracts in advance of the ASRM Annual Meeting and plan which ones to attend. This searchable tool will be available one month prior to the meeting and will be available for 12 months after the Annual Meeting. The supporter may place their corporate logo on the online version.

The Abstracts on Disc is a compilation of ASRM Annual Meeting Abstracts on one disc and will be distributed in the ASRM Annual Meeting delegate bag to each attendee. Supporter may also purchase additional CDs for distribution within its exhibit at the meeting or for distribution after the meeting. Official Lead Retrieval Card $15,000

Increase corporate visibility with delegates who wear badges to access scientific sessions, exhibit floor and message center by supporting the official attendee lead retrieval electronic striped card. Supporter name/logo on back of electronic card. ASRM selects ID cards, vendor, coordinates card imprinting process, specifications and amount of space for supporter name/logo/message.

Hotel Guest Room Key Card $10,000*

Provide customized hotel keys distributed to all registered ASRM Annual Meeting guests at designated hotels and build name recognition for your company, product or exhibit booth. Supporter name/logo and brief promotional message imprinted on one side of the key (subject to ASRM approval). ASRM Annual Meeting logo must also be on one side of the key. Key must meet hotel specifications and design approved by ASRM. Keys must be prepared and delivered prior to participant check-in.

ASRM Exhibit Passport $3,500 per Space

Multi-supported item that encourages attendees to visit your booth. Your company logo and booth number will be featured on a card inserted into ASRM Delegate Bag. Attendees are encouraged to visit all participating companies to receive a “stamp” indicating they have visited your booth. Completed cards are returned to the ASRM booth and entered in a drawing for a daily prize.

PRINT & ADVERTISING OPPORTUNITIES

Hotel Room Drop $3,500/item/day

Enhance your company’s visibility with attendees and remind attendees to stop by your company’s booth or event by including literature or promotional items. The ASRM Door Drop is delivered to key hotels on strategic meeting dates.

Hotel Door Drop Bag $10,000/Sunday • $10,000/Monday • $10,000/Tuesday

Place your corporate or brand logo on the outside of the ASRM Hotel Door Drop Bags and increase your visibility to attendees even when they are away from the convention center! ASRM logo located on other side. Price also includes one door drop item per day purchased.

Promotional packages that include special discounts are also available for participating in Preliminary

Program, Final Program, ASRM Daily News and ASRM Annual Meeting website advertising.

Advertising in the ASRM Annual Meeting Final Program will maximize your on-site visibility. Since many of the meeting attendees use the Final Program as a source throughout the meeting, as well as the year, advertising ensures ongoing exposure of your company and its products.

Multiple support levels available from $2,500+

Companies may provide a specific monetary amount to be designated for ASRM General Support. These monies will be used for the overall support of the ASRM Annual Meeting. Supporters will be recognized separately via signage, inserts in delegate bag and in Preliminary and Final Programs as supporters of the ASRM Annual Meeting.

SPECIAL PROGRAMS, RESEARCH GRANTS & AWARDS

ASRM encourages our members to expand and share their knowledge of particular areas in reproductive healthcare. Many of our programs and awards allow our members to dedicate their time not only to further their education, but also to assist in making advancements in the field of reproductive health medicine.

Below are some specific programs of interest to ASRM, but we welcome new proposals and suggestions. For more information about these programs, please contact Leigh Ann Simpson at lsimpson@asrm.org or 205-978-5000, ext. 111.

SREI Fellows Retreat Co-support available.

This important program offers an opportunity for first- and third-year fellows to attend a meeting that focuses on issues that are important to their career planning and development. The Fellows also have an opportunity to interact with key thought leaders in the field of reproductive endocrinology and this retreat becomes a memorable highlight of their careers.

SMRU Scholars Program Co-support available.

This endowment provides annual funding for SMRU’s Scholars Annual Award Program, a non-CME activity established in 1996. This program provides recipients the opportunity to present their research at the annual meetings of ASRM. The SMRU Scholars program exposes residents/fellows, graduate students and postdoctoral fellows to new scientific information pertinent to the study of male reproductive medicine. ASRM Research Grants in Reproductive Medicine and Biology

Co-support available.

The purpose of these grants is to foster the development of innovative research projects in reproductive medicine and biology and assist in the research career development of independent junior investigators. Funds are available for salary support, technical assistance, supplies, or other project expenses and should not be used for durable laboratory equipment, indirect costs, or institutional overhead.

Nurses Scholar Program Co-support available.

The Nurses Professional Group provides an award to 10 nurses whose abstracts have been selected for oral presentation at the ASRM Annual Meeting. The goal of this award is to provide nurses with the opportunity to attend the ASRM Annual Meeting and present their abstracts. The industry provider of this award will be recognized through the ASRM Annual Meeting Final Program and the NPG Newsletter.

ASRM Resident Reporter Program Co-support available.

The ASRM Resident Reporter Program exposes residents to new scientific knowledge and technology in the field of reproductive medicine. This program, held during the ASRM Annual Meeting provides

transportation, accomodations, meeting registration fees, postgraduate course fees, and various activities for the residents. The industry supporter of this program will be recognized at the ASRM Annual Meeting Opening Reception, in the ASRM Annual Meeting FInal Program and ASRM Daily News, and through various other opportunities.
