4. Approval for the Mayor and/or City Administrator to sign a revised Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Roswell and the Friends of Mimosa Hall & Gardens.

Recreation and Parks

 1.7. Any and all loan agreements for on-site exhibits or installations, must be approved and or signed by City as property owner.

 2.10. FOMHG will establish an event calendar of Activities based on the preservation, rehabilitation, and restoration of the Site and values of FOMHG as agreed upon at the sole discretion of the city. by the City during planning,

3. Recognition of American Public Works Association (APWA) Re-Accreditation to the City of Roswell Department of Transportation.

The APWA Accreditation program recognizes public works agencies that go beyond the requirements of the management practices established nationally in the public works industry. RDOT is one of only five APWA accredited agencies in the state of Georgia. RESULT: RECOGNIZED

4. Reading of Proclamation for Recreation, Parks, Historic and Cultural Affairs Parks & Facilities Staff Week 2021.

Mayor Henry read a proclamation for Recreation, Parks, Historic and Cultural Affairs Parks & Facilities Week which is May 24-30, 2021. The week is a celebration of the employees of the Parks & Facilities maintenance staff.

5. Approval of the FY 2022 Budget for the City of Roswell, Georgia in the
