STEP 1.

STEP 2.

Enforcement

If the debtor still does not pay, even after a Court order, Enoch Evans LLP can proceed with standard enforcement action. The Country Court Bailiff (or the High Court Enforcement Officer) can be instructed by Enoch Evans LLP.
