Strategic HR-Management and Implementation as a Business Partner
Relevance of HR in target and strategy development. Derivation and relevance of strategic competency models. Strategy implementation (concepts, methods, and tools along the HR process). Discussion of the topic area in the light of recent case studies, development of consulting and conversational competence.
