Returns:

A Return Goods Authorization number (RGA#) must be obtained for any

return request made. A twenty percent (20%) restocking fee will apply to

returns of unsold items. Returns must be shipped freight pre-paid.

Claims:

Claims for shortages or error in shipment must be made within (5) days of

receipt. Claims for damage or loss in transit must be made directly to the

responsible freight carrier of record.

not returnable or refundable. Please allow 5 weeks from receipt of order to
