G.S.T. Italia S.p.A. (hereinafter GST Italia) is an Italian company founded in 2006 that operates in four business area: Construction of large buildings and infrastructure, Management and monitoring of environmental risk, Precision Agriculture and Design and construction of technological systems.

Company business capabilities include complete management of projects, guaranteed by highly skilled professional profiles, a joint research and development unit with in-depth experience and high flexibility with ability to develop specific tailored customer, management, and implementation of field activities including installation maintenance of works.

GST Italia proposes also for projects implementation of Great works of construction like public buildings, ports, roads and hotels. Operating in various sectors, including the construction of residential and public buildings, infrastructure, schools and hospitals, the construction of ports, roads and hotel facilities.

With active participation as a reference company, GST Italia is present in the decision-making bodies of the Consortium Infratech that has a turnover of over one hundred million Euros with over 300 employees and operates in the civil, industrial, environmental, geological and petrochemical/nuclear construction fields for both public and private issues.

Recently GST Italia began a process of internationalization through strategic alliances and partnerships that enhance the internal knowledge and the on-site experience. In this context, GST Italia has embarked on new operations in in some countries, like South America and Saudi.

The urban requalification of Milano Pace, in Sesto San Giovanni, has made it possible to recover a vast area once used as unauthorized rubbish dump, by means of significant and ultimate works of environment reclamation and safety measures in place.

The residential compound is made up of:

• 260 apartments of different kinds;

• 270 underground garages and 100 small basements;

• 3,900 sq. m. of commercial retailing centres.

PUGLIA REGION, Municipality Noci (BA) – “Dimora Intini”

The project involved the renovation and conversion of an old historic hotel in the 18th century, "Palazzo Gabrieli", located in the historic center of the town of Noci (BA) next to one of the gateways that delimited the city walls (Porta Barsento).

The hotel has eight wide rooms with high quality furnishing made of natural material such as leather and wood.

The renovation has made it possible to keep unaltered the frescos of the time present on the vaults and walls.

The hotel has also a restaurant and a wine cellar obtained from an old water storage tank.

Province of Lecce – Works, Public contracts, for Parco Torcito’s development.

Executive planning, execution works and management of the park under the project “Development and touristic potential of Torcito villa”, conceived by the Province of Lecce and financed by Region of Puglia.

The park has an area of about 230 hectares with a pinewood of 112 hectares.

In the park, there are two constructions of historical interest: Torcito villa and Piccinna villa.

Construction of the New Palace of Cinema and Meeting Halls and surrounding areas in Venice.

The structure will consist of a big hall hosting 2,140 spectators – 2,100 sq. m., an underground square, two underground halls replacing the palace’s avant-corps.

The building will be mosaic glazed with mixed colors in sand and ochre and gold elements.

• Gruppo Intini’s former base has three floors and covers an area of 3,200 sq. m.

Construction of a multipurpose building for the Alenia Aeronautica's plant in Pomigliano d'Arco.

The project, under way, concerning the Ceramiche Tognana’s former property in Monopoli (BA), is to build an integrated commercial area.

The compound will cover a total area of 45,068 sq. m. The plan is to build:

• A hypermarket;

• Big sized structures;

• Medium sized structures;

• Shops;

• Family Entertainment Center;

• Catering;

• Handicraft shops;

• Technical areas and toilet facilities;

• Premises/offices;

• External premises;

• Enclosing and external spaces;

• Parks;

The penal settlement rises on the region of Massama over an area of ten hectares. The prison will host 240 convicts and a police station for 30 people and 4 quarters placed beside. Outdoor spaces include courtyards for family meetings, five-a-side football pitches, and strips of green for cultivation.

For getting to the compound has been built a branch road to the Provincial Road.

Design and construction of the extension works of the waste water treatment plant of Barcellona Pozzo di Gotto, up to a potentiality of 114,000 inhabitants comprising civil and industrial waste; construction of the submarine water pipe and the operative management of the plant for thirty years.

Design and construction of the wastewater treatment plant in the industrial region of Alghero - San Marco and the extension of the collection system of industrial waste and rain waste in the same region.
