• Quality control formed the basis of the SDLC
team and was there to provide project managers with the tool to ensure quality solution and successful implementation of systems or applications, which satisfied the strategic and business objectives of the client.
• Documentation was reviewed at each stage of
the SDLC, as documentation was the
mechanism to provide executive leadership, project and functional managers and end-users sign-off on the requirements and implementation of the system or application.

Quality Assurance
• Quality assurance procedures followed include
those as per CobiT and a framework from ISACA, which was performed through-out the SDLC process real-time and not after go-live of the solution.
